YEAH BRO! SINGA MORE LIKE KINGA! 👑👑👑👑👑 He makes the sorta butt rock boss themes that gets me beyond hyped!! He makes heater rock and metal themes and when he goes EDM its also really good. no matter how much they hate him, I will never, and the hottest of hot takes I think Trails without singa bangers would be a sad reality.
@@berkegunes7775 Yes I know that pretty much. And it is funny how fans in Japan either do not know about it or are frowning at people who know and speak out online about it like they are the black sheep. Japanese SNS users are ridiculously pro corporate in their thinking
@@KamuiKammy I couldn't disagree more with your original statement. Despite being outsourced, there are still a number of Singa's songs that stand up to the old Falcom classics, like Step Ahead (CS3) or Endure Grief (CS4). Regardless of your thoughts on him, however, it is an indisputable fact that all music is subjective. People are allowed to have differing opinions about things.
@@sunnyseviper singa can make good songs. his batting average is just way lower than the other composers. I'm fine with them using singa songs but they should only be using like 10-15 of his best songs per game just like the other composers.
Maestro never ceases to amaze me. When I think, there is no way to make more awful battle theme, maestro proves me wrong. Every time, every game, every year. Shit as always.
I wonder how quickly people would catch on if I just started copy-pasting comments from previous Singa boss themes... And how quickly people would have noticed if Josep just uploaded one of the Kuro boss themes instead of this one... And honestly, at what point does Falcom not notice if Singa just starts sending them repeat songs?
Imagine using such a generic slop to hype up a boss fight after baiting players with some le epic pre fight cutscenes. wth are they thinking with music direction nowadays

Honestly uploader should just disable comments at this point since the Singa Haters can't shut the hell up with their doom and gloom. The man could make a masterpiece one day and they would still find something to hate about it just cause he made it.
For real, I can understand how some aspects of his style wouldn't appeal to everyone, but good freaking lord the vitriol directed at the man in nearly every piece of music on this channel he's done is wild. I don't generally interact with the wider Trails fandom despite having been into the series since Sky first hit PSP and the comments I've started seeing the last few years on new OST uploads for anything even suspected of being Singa kind of illustrate why (seriously, did some Discord server pop up at some point or something, because this kind of commenting I saw very little of until like 3-4 years ago).
Once again you people mixing up cause and effect. No one's "hating on" the tracks because they're Singa's, in fact if you haven't noticed there are no composer credits/guesses listed yet. They're "hating on" the tracks because their overall quality is poor, especially for Falcom's old standards (by this point so old that they might as well be forgotten, but some of us won't forget), and then it turns out that all of those subpar tracks just so happen to be made by Singa. If Singa made a masterpiece one day I'd praise it, just as I've already praised a handful of his tracks (which are far from masterpieces). Given his track record though, the chances of that happening are astronomically low, and outright impossible with the way Falcom contracts him to make a billion tracks in a year. If you have no standards and no issues with Falcom's treatment of their music, then I'd recommend enjoying the music and staying out of the comments, if criticism bothers you that much. Signed, someone who once made similar comments to yours back in the Ys IX soundtrack but eventually got as tired of the constant quality degradation as the people that I took issue with.

I really like the compositional basis of this one, but when the organ and the guitar sound depressed it kinda kills the tension.
this song is screaming for a live guitar so bad.

The intro is good.
I don't remember how the rest of the track sounds after that so i can't comment on it.
why does his kick sound like this
I don’t get why they just didn’t reuse Diabolic Howl it would’ve actually fit
too much for falcom nowadays.
parts of this remind me of Mechanical Rhythm..
