It doesn't even have to be powerful His first S craft were boring rapid kicks followed by a punch. His second S craft was a Hadoken. His third S craft was an "epic" tackle. (i'm using epic loosely. What did he have in the recent games? Shove. They gave him Shove. And they did not even bother to make it "Epic Shove". It's just "Shove".
