At my elementary school, during lunch break, some students did their own choreography to their songs. They mainly loved doing "Spice Up Your Life." Being 35 years old male, I've really come to appreciate them. Watching their music videos and interviews, it feels so nostalgic. Returning to a time where a large majority of music that came out in the 90s were so much fun.

That "baby" look was actually a style in the 90s. It was really popular to wear dresses like that with mary jane shoes and high pigtails. People also used to suck on pacifiers (even boys and "gangster / hood guys". I was pretty young at the time but there were these plastic pacifiers that were marketed to tweens so we could feel like the "big kids" They were glittery and multi-colored. I learned much later that the whole pacifier fad had to do with drug culture and raves.
Oh man this brought me way back to when I was a kid! I knew all of the songs too, which was weird because I don't really remember being THAT into the Spice Girls... They're must have been coded into 90s kids' DNA or something xD

That "baby" look was actually a style in the 90s. It was really popular to wear dresses like that with mary jane shoes and high pigtails. People also used to suck on pacifiers (even boys and "gangster / hood guys". I was pretty young at the time but there were these plastic pacifiers that were marketed to tweens so we could feel like the "big kids" They were glittery and multi-colored. I learned much later that the whole pacifier fad had to do with drug culture and raves.
