If Quin does a no death run then i know for sure he’s gonna fail at least once by coming out the shrine of resurrection and immediately jump off the cliff thinking he has a glider
That was my first death immediately into my second playthrough, despite reminding myself I wouldn't have a paraglider and needed to be careful only seconds before. As link makes air I remember. But I did learn there was a bombable wall I didn't know about hiding a chest with a piece of amber inside.
2 things: 1. You can give wolf link 20 hearts by saving a wii u twilight princess file on the amiibo 2. If you level up every armor piece twice you get a set bonus. The snowquill (Rito) set will make you unfreezable so ice keese won't stand a chance. If you don't want to do this, the Zant helm has the unfreezable bonus, but the Rito armor gives more defense.
I think that, if you talk to Kilton about this, you can see which ones you've already slapped (it will say something like *defeated* when their name pops up).

I have now caught up with all of the episodes which exist up until now. I began watching last week or so and have loved every second. Thank you for being you Quin
Great video as always! I only found this series and channel a couple weeks ago but I'm now completely caught up (including, yes, those 20+ korok videos that I binged in like 4 days). I can't wait for more! A couple pointers: - There's only three medals of honor: Talus, Hinox, and Molduga. I guess Kilton decided that Lynels aren't minibosses, even though they're way harder than the other three. - If you speak to Kilton about the miniboss (it's in the "About monsters..." dialog I believe), he will ask you to defeat all of that kind of monster. Once you've gone through this dialog, any Talus/Hinox/Molduga that you've previously beaten will have a star and "Defeated" next to its boss bar. So you don't actually have to fight any monsters multiple times, although you do have to visit all of them. - Speaking to the guy at the Hateno Acient Tech Lab (I don't remember his name; he's the dude who gave you the "Sunshroom Sensing" side quest and is Purah's assistant) will give you the ability to purchase photos to fill the Compendium. You'll have to do this for any un-rematchable boss that you don't have a photo of (blights, Master Khoga, etc.. Ganon and Maz Koshia are both able to be rematched by going to the arena you fight them, so the top of the castle and the shrine of resurrection, respectively), but you can also purchase photos of any monster/equipment/material/animal/etc. that you're missing, although personally I recommend taking custom photos. As daunting as the task may seem, it's super fun to take cool photos for each entry
The distance rolling down the hill was kind of impressive. 9:14 Poor big dudes! That would be interesting though. Nice Talus fighting! Looking forwards to the Lynel/Hinox fights!
Poor Link rolling all the way down that hill while, yes, Revali is laughing from the heavens. 😂😂 I think a couple of the Hinox will bring you to map locations you haven’t been to yet. 😊

Lynel challenge idea: every 5 lynels, you have to use a different weapon type (Sword/2-handed sword/spear/bow/club/hammer?/i dunno the list of weapon types)
If there are 22, 5 can should be killed by bow, 5 by one-handed weapons, 5 by spears, 5 by other two-handed weapons (big swords), and the last 2, just to make them a proper challange, anything that's primarily not used as a weapon (soup ladle, torch, korok leaf, farming hoe, boat oar, woodcutter's axe, double axe, iron sledgehammer, wooden mop, and farmer's pitchfork)
I feel you! I used to get sick fighting them, heart rate at 200, shaking for 5 minutes afterwards (yeah, this is my first real game). And every new play-through, I do wait a while before going for a Lynel. BUT, it does get easier! Max armour plus max defence food helps a lot, but in the end, it’s mostly about your body learning that you’re not actually in real danger. At least, it is for me (it’s a process, my heart rate still elevates but only a little, now). And getting used to how fast they are, so you’re not shocked by their movements.
