Quinn's biggest enemy is his refusal to pick up items on the ground
Completion content is so good there are sooooo many good and unique quests it’s awesome
I’m very excited to see them, side quests are always super enjoyable in these games
Quin put the hylian hood down since you can do that now
By being able to read the word ostentatious quin has proved that his imense intelligence surpases anything in the universe
And I will only get stronger

I adore the game devs for making an elaborate and absurd side quest that has no bearing on the main game whatsoever. I went to Hateno early in my playthrough and finished all the side quests there and I don’t regret any of it.
Quin you should do the dream house quest. Talk to rondson in tarrey town and you can actually build your own house and design it like in botw but 10x better
I just wish the building was nicer and more than FIFTEEN BUILDINGS

That reminded me how weird it is that everyone in town has no idea who Link is despite him living there. I think the only one who does is the Teacher but he works with Zelda at the school so it would be weird for him to not know Link.

Fun fact: there is a lil school on hateno village, and Zelda was the teacher (before the Upheaval). Now that she's gone missing, one of her students, every morning goes to Zelda and Link house to check if she's back. We can see her on minute 13:00. she's running to zelda's house while saying "Is Ms. Zelda back yet?". Im crying, my hearts is so broken

Hold on quin, you still have every lightroot, hudson sign, bubbulfrog, well, master kohga fight, coliseum, depths temple bossfight, energy well, recipe, sage’s wills, compendium entries, armor sets, and also hearts because you still haven’t visited a goddess statue. What I’m saying is, maybe you can do sidequests later if you want to.

i absolutely adore the quests in Hateno. They gave so much life to the NPCs. however, it absolutely broke my heart that almost no one knew who Link is and he literally has a house there!
With the mayoral election sidequests done, you can unlock two new things:
* An unique piece of armor in exchange for the Hylian Hood by talking to Cece while wearing it (you can simply buy a new one for 70 rupees afterwards).
* A sidequest called "Homegrown in Hateno" that follows up on the Reede's idea for a new type of pumpkin. Just talk to him at the vegetable field on the west side of Hateno Village.
Besides how the towns have changed this time around I think my favorite side quest in TotK is the Stable paintings.
When I realized you could do self-potraits as long as the subject of the reqested photo is somewhere in the background, I had a great fun puting huge pictures of Link in ridiculous costumes in every stable!
I am over 200hours into the game and I didn't know we could do this! How do I start that quest? 👀👉👈

@@charmel052930 after you have discovered enough stables, you just need to walk up to the empty picture frames in any stable and the person who runs the stable will give you a quest to take a photo of a certain object or landmark. It is different for each stable. If the picture meets the criteria, a very large copy of it will be posted at the stable. As I said, I got Links picture put up in every stable this way!

As someone who has completed all the side quests within the first month of release I was absolutely exhausted by the end, so good luck 👍😭

Also you should do the protect the pumpkin farm quest!
For completing all the side quests, if you go see Patricia, Riju's sand seal in Gerudo Town and give her a splash fruit, it'll give you the coordinates for the side quests! It's a win win, side quests done and you get to visit Tall Lady town more often!
man, starting your side quest adventure in Hateno is the best choice, I swear this village is a chaos on its own.
oh god something abt Hateno that annoys me so much when i go there is how no one recognizes Link despite him living there, and how the npcs say it's Zelda's house?? she may be the princess but Bolson and i built that house with my rupees and bundles of wood🏃♂️

Quin all I'm going to say is theres a Chicken side quest in Kakariko. They were always hiding something.
I've been looking for side quests to do, but it feels like they're harder to find in this game, so I hope you come across some I haven't done yet

I’m so glad you did the Hateno quests first! Some of my favorites. Now that you’ve got the cheese, go back to the farmhouse and look inside to find a poster for a new recipe. You won’t regret it.
Also, now that you’ve finished the election quests, talk to Cece again while wearing the hylian hood.

Hateno village has some of my favorite quests in this game. I would have to suggest you go to Lurelin next as those quests are also really great

I've been waiting for months since I 100 percented the game for you to see all the armors, side quests, Easter eggs and unregistered secret quests like getting all the bubble gems for kolton and getting all 6 monster medals

Hateno’s been in a state of political turmoil since May. With Quin back in the picture after months of absence, it’s going to get far worse. He watched the upcoming mayoral candidate inhale three whole carrots at midnight and still plans to support her campaign. Horrifying!
Cece wants to run a backwater small town. The best way to do this is to hand out “mushrooms” to “open people’s minds” to “new ways of thinking.” Unfortunately, while he was galavanting in the night Quin must’ve “eaten” all of her supply. It’s up to him to make up the losses with the “merchants” in his area.
While dosing the voting population, Quin harasses the local wildlife, sniffs cheese, and shares confidential government information to influence the results of an election. More critically, he steals Zelda’s pet frog from her study and gives it to Manny! Of all people?!
Cece’s campaign manager has a brief affair with Ms. Cuccoo, and that’s not a euphemism, but you know what? Somehow, the election turns out just fine. _Thaaat’s politics!_ *Thus concludes our (mis)adventures for today!*

I love how in the yiga quest he like immediately ate one of the bananas, and this time he eats all the mushrooms. Favorite parts of both episodes 10/10 EDIT: NVM the squirrels are the best part I cried laughing 15/10

Yes! TOTK has some of the best side quests in Zelda outside of Majora’s Mask, in my opinion.
Before you leave Hateno, be sure to do the quests around the school and the ancient tech lab!
