I love Highly Suspect so much. When I went to their show in Spokane Washington, he smiled and pointed at me and my stepmom in the front row because we were freaking out with excitement. He connects so much with his fans and that’s amazing. You can tell how much work and love he puts into his masterpieces. MCID for life!

I love music like this,it hurts so good,the hidden dark secrets that go on inside families pretty much everyday life,it is alot of psychological issues with families and this video reminds me that all families are fkd up despite that innocent family portrait on the wall there is alot of weird hurt angry pain going on,the truth is it can't be hidden any more so the pain reflects and shows and is no longer anonymous!!!!!!!
Take a step back to the truly blissful days that were the 90's. I could breath this all day. So glad we get to enjoy art that isnt only reminiscent but stimulating as well.

It’s like Kurt Cobain wrote a song through Highly Suspect. I could definitely imagine Nirvana playing this with a little bit more “grunge” to it. It’s simple but it’s true, 100 %, truthful art. Not many bands can find it.

No clue. They're out of touch with themselves and nature and life itself. Everything is boring so they look for any reason to snap out of the drudgery - even if they have to create it themselves by making mountains out of mow hills and ascribing to divisive mindsets. The very definition of petty selfishness.
A lot of people have serious issues just being. They don't appreciate any of the little things in life and take their pain out on others because they have trouble dealing with emotions they'd rather not admit they even have.
*A word to the wise: the only way out is through.* This (among many) song has gotten me through some f-ing stupid patches in my life. I've been through more jobs than I care to admit, a failed relationship, a family member battling alcoholism, and my own depression and self-loathing. 2020 has been a kind year to NO ONE, we all hate these days.

I’m not sure what happened to humanity. We are all a bunch of traumatized souls taking our internal wars out on others. I try not to act out on others, but I don’t exactly know how to step up and bring a return to stability. This kinda reminds me of my childhood. Not the video itself but the singing and backtrack, the odd lyrics, it all reminds me of the 90's when bands that had weird, cynical lyrics and themes centered around complete and total apathy like Weezer, Blink 182, those two songs by Fountains of Wayne that made it big (1985/Stacy's Mom), that one Puddle of Mudd song "She Fuckin' Hates Me", and The Offspring were kings of alt rock. It just makes me feel that vibe, which I appreciate.

I don't think this song is about quarantine, I believe it's hitting the topic of how political everything has become. It's frustrating trying to talk to anyone including family members about the political environment. Everyone needs to calm down and try to talk it out and understand that we all have different views.
