Love how quiet the kitchen is. It’s impressive to see how few people are cooking and how clean each person finishes a step for the next person to add onto.
I remember seeing omurice for the first time on Korean drama called Rooftop Prince. I looked up the recipe and found out that it was Japanese. I made it for my family. It never looked as beautiful as this video. I am happy to see the birth place of this omelet rice. Thank you.
Japan will always be the first class in every aspects of life👌a top class nation when it comes to cleanliness, Atop class nation when it comes to food and their hygiene, Atop class nation when it comes to politeness. Blessed be Japan. Planet Japan will ever remain my favourite ever country to visit always and to cherish 🙏☀️👌👍💝💕💖
Hi!
Hi i'm from Philippines, this is one of the reason i want to go to Japan yummy omelet rice and alot of anime and manga books hope to be there one day :)
I wish i could get omelets to roll like that. My lord he makes that look easy. He is a master of his craft. Every time i have tried to cook omelet rice all i ever end up with is a mess and scrambled eggs with fried rice on the side 😅
5:57 From all the signatures I only recognize Endo's (third one at the top, the one with the sumo rikishi picture) and just because they put a tag there.
Notice that the server takes the dish immediately as its done, which will go to the customers piping hot. No letting it sit under the heat lamp for 15 min while they wait to assemble the entire dishes for the whole table. That's the way it should be. Any restaurant with a heat lamp is not worth going.
I agree. They sacrificed the taste of the food just for the orderly look of the table. It's similar to saying "You can't find out the difference in the taste anyway, just wolf it down." That's looking down on the customers. Badly.
I love the content of these videos! But please subtitle in Japanese; the English is so poorly translated that I don't understand anything written in any of the videos I've watched. I have Japanese relatives that can translate much more clearly.
I love the video, it’s just that when you’re using subtitles like that, please stop using google translate. It’s hard to understand, but the video was great anyways.

This dish is beautiful! The chef makes it look so easy, but truly a master of his craft.
Shut your communist mouth.
His skill at rolling that omelet just by flipping the pan is amazing.
I agree. When I make this at home, I have to make it seperate
This is how the French (originators of the omelet) roll an omelet. Very impressive to see.
The kitchen is immaculate! This is care and respect for everyone.
I truly appreciate his hard work and his dedication to family. This dish looks amazing and would love to try it!!
So cool! That omelette rice with rice and oysters looked amazing and nutritious!

There was that whole Pearl Harbor thing, but overall the people of Japan do things right.
All those war crimes and then covering them up for decades after, and never owning up to any of it? 🤣
Also atop is not a word.
That looks so good! What a clean kitchen.
Respect for them bringing this delicious dish to the masses. That said, the first isn’t always the best…
Spent 2 months in Japan.it wasn’t enough I want to go back. Food is off the charts good

I really need to stop watching this video at night after skipping dinner ‘cause I don’t have anything to eat…
Love how they work god bless them ❤️

Thats very delicious and i love rice
I love eggs so much

Very yummy and wonderful skill..
Those chefs skills of flipping the omelet are 🔥🔥🔥.
0:39 that subtitle. Im dead
I know they’re skilled when I see not a single speck of rice has been spilled while tossing it around like that
What skill clean the pan out after making and was ready for the next in same pan
Love watching masters at work 👍

I salivate watching that clip. Looks amazing!!!!
love the picture of the Zero. please explain the history behind that one.
The guy with longest yellow tie must be in charge 😂
I want that pan! Dish after dish no oil and not a single egg stuck. Amazing
Seasoned carbon steel pan.
It is good to see them using a full size stainless steel stove with big BTU burners and not small portable burners like others
looks very tasty. I don't believe we will see this in America. I want to try this dish.
Any non-asians watching this: omg amazing superb skills! Lol just another fried rice to me.
Man! That looks soo good!
I like my egg in an omelette cooked well done.
Beautiful

Most decent chefs and kichens can get an order up at the same time. Don't go to places that can't.
That does look amazing
This is making me so hungry lol
Amazing!!!
Stationed in Korea in the 70s we had a version of this often. It was called omarice or something like that
5:36 chef was tossing a heap of rice without dropping a grain. Insane skills
I love the content of these videos! But please subtitle in Japanese; the English is so poorly translated that I don't understand anything written in any of the videos I've watched. I have Japanese relatives that can translate much more clearly.
Is that a teflon pan at the start, for the eggs? Wouldn't that wear out pretty quick from industrial use?
Nice
I’d love to know what’s in that yellow egg mix🥰🥰🥰
I love the video, it’s just that when you’re using subtitles like that, please stop using google translate. It’s hard to understand, but the video was great anyways.
my food dream is to consume omurice at least once in my lifetime.
Looks delicious
That's mad skills right there 3:35
when u work in the US flipping pans for several years doing brunch and i get to this man i am like : God help me
yum!
The food looks fantastic! The translation skills need a little work.
