    Love how quiet the kitchen is. It’s impressive to see how few people are cooking and how clean each person finishes a step for the next person to add onto.

    I remember seeing omurice for the first time on Korean drama called Rooftop Prince. I looked up the recipe and found out that it was Japanese. I made it for my family. It never looked as beautiful as this video. I am happy to see the birth place of this omelet rice. Thank you.

    歪んでるの見ると酷使してそうなのにこの耐久性はさすが業務用!
    次の買い替えには自分も一枚買おうと思います。

    Notice that the server takes the dish immediately as its done, which will go to the customers piping hot. No letting it sit under the heat lamp for 15 min while they wait to assemble the entire dishes for the whole table. That's the way it should be. Any restaurant with a heat lamp is not worth going.

    • @danglinhson
      @danglinhson 2 года назад +1

      I agree. They sacrificed the taste of the food just for the orderly look of the table.
      It's similar to saying "You can't find out the difference in the taste anyway, just wolf it down."
      That's looking down on the customers. Badly.
