SA have won 4 rugby world cups ( 4/4, so 100 % success rate ). In 1995, 2007, 2019, and 2023. And the bronze medal for 3rd place, twice ( in 1999 and 2015 ). What makes the world cup victories even MORE remarkable is the fact that the Springboks won each of the first 3 on separate continents : Africa, Europe, and Asia. And the 4th one AGAIN in France, like in 2007.
I love your reaction. Black South Africans did not like the Springboks during apartheid. They used to support any team against Springboks. In 1995 when we won the World Cup, Mandela was there to lift a trophy as a symbol of unity. As you know our history, this sport unites us as a nation. There's no black and white but South Africans, a rainbow nation. This win was for our unity. You should have seen the streets of blacks and whites together as one. It was emotional. Thanks to our boys for this. We are South Africans, we are one nation
South Africa & New Zealand are like 2 brothers playing for different teams. Are competitive, don't know each other in the field but outside the field there's love for each other. For example Captains from both teams are friends. We support each other Southern Hemisphere
We needed this win so much, honestly our country is in shambles but during this world cup the way we pulled together and got stressed out watching our boys play was amazing. And now the Proteas are also playing their heart out in cricket. This is so mind blowing.

I love your reactions! It's always so sweet and heartfelt. This game meant a lot to us for SO many different reasons. Firstly, the last time the Springboks played the All Blacks was in 1995, the first time they won a World Cup. It was THE biggest moment in rugby history as it signified the coming of a new age after Apartheid. Secondly, both teams had three wins under their belts - so this was the deciding game, the one that would crown the ultimate winner with 4 wins. We also have a lot of respect for the All Blacks - they are our ultimate rivals in rugby. Combine all of that and you get one of THE biggest matches in rugby history. But it was about more than that. South Africa as a country has been suffering for years now, even before Covid. The people here are barely getting by and the country is in a poor state. Every other country was against this team. But one commentator said it perfectly when he said "The difference is that they are playing for something bigger than themselves. They are playing for their country, their people." Ps, our national anthem is a prayer that consists of 4 languages. It is beautiful once you know the meaning and the story behind it. Also: NO ONE in the country slept that night 😂😂 people were going crazy. And on Monday everyone's voice was gone from screaming at the TV 🤣

Rugby World Champions 🏆 🥇 a record 4 times y'all! It was ugly, hard fought, and 3 near heartstopping moments, but the boys dug deep each time and overcame whatever adversity they face on the battlefield. I'm so proud of the Springboks.
I find this absolutely fascinating about our Bokke’s winning points in the last three matches….. RUGBY MATHS SA won FRA with 1 point SA won ENG with 1 point SA won NZ with 1 point That gives you three one's, or 111. Now when you add the final game scores: 29-28, 16-15 and 12-11 together, it also gives you a total of 111. Madibe? 💙🇿🇦😇 The angel number 111 is a sign of hope. It's a symbol of leaving behind a past that should definitely stay in the past and moving forward to a more positive future. Life's purpose can be difficult to decipher, but seeing 111 should give you the confidence to pursue your dreams and fulfill your purpose.
You guys won't believe it but the whole of South Africa was pouring with rain and that when I told my colleagues that we gonna win this.......and we did. Then I saw rain after the game in France then I thought this was meant to be ❤
The malls in South Africa had the games on big screens, so that people who do not have televisions or access to the DSTV channel, can also watch the games.. such a beautiful gesture.
We call "the war cry" igwijo. Amagwijo are songs that are usually ( applies in other aspects too) sung by amaXhosa boys when they are going to the mountain ( for traditional initiation) and after the initiation. My explanation is" light" though. Rudby is mad about amagwijo, they fire everyone up.

Thank you for supporting South Africa, you can never go wrong with the Bokke because they play not only for the glory of winning but for the people of South Africa.
I love that you guys mentioned the Rain! It's an absolute blessing in South Africa and is such a beautifully significant sign!! I watched the game in Vietnam and it rained after the game too, way too special!
You guys are looking great! Love the hair ❤
I did mention the 4 world cups in a previous video. We have only been allowed to participate in 8 world cups due to apartheid sanctions. We are super proud. South Africa is a force to be reckoned with!
If you noticed..Sia Kolisi kissed his wristband a few times..he had JESUS written on it. All glory to God 1st and foremost. It's beautiful ❤
First country to win 4 world cups, first captain to win back to back world cups, second country to win back to back. Only county to win every world cup final appearance and have won 4 out 8 world cups we participated in. 🇿🇦❤️🇿🇦 Let's Go Mzansi
Come visit the country.. You would love it. And this happens in every province... # Proud South African and that rain actually brought so many blessings even for the other sporting sectors , like the cricket and the hockey and springboks of ladies.. . You're welcome in our country, humbled that you love us,it's mutual
As soon as we are able to get our family on the plane, we're coming fam!
We would like to have you visiting our country ❤
God.. I would love to ,one day, by the grace of God 🙏.. thank you again for sharing those moments ,to the world at large . We are humbled, this victory means a lot to this country.. it's deep.. God bless you both .
We are a very passionate country. We are kind and loving. The songs, warcry, and screams you hear, come from the heart. It was a joyful day for us. We sing when we are happy, and we sing when we are sad. Our songs are very specific to whatever is going on at that moment, and that is what you are seeing in those videos. Thank you for reacting and loving our country.
I just came across your channel and I am so happy to see you guys reacting to our country culture ❤❤ I hope you visit South Africa, we welcome you with open arms ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Much love!
What a time to be South African, no DNA just RSA.
>1st country to win 4 world rugby cups
>Only country to never lose in the rugby world cup finals
>Only country to win the rugby world cups back-to-back alongside NZ
>Siya Kolisi being the only Black rugby captain to win the world cup back-2-back
>All this with other countries played for 10 rugby world cups & us 8
>We're currently ranked 1st in the ICC cricket world cup
>We just beat NZ today by 190 runs in cricket today
>Our hockey teams (M & F) just beat Nigeria
Not to mention our 1st try in a world cup final was in 2019. Our boys fight hard for their victories indeed.
And our sheep-shearing team beat the New-Zealand team, and unless I'm mistaken are now the world sheep-shearing champions too 🐑🤭
Best rugby team in the world right now❤❤🇿🇦🇿🇦
It literally rained the whole south Africa ❤❤❤ what a beautiful moment! GOATS🎉🎉🎉
All love to you guys for the love you have for us❤❤❤we cherish your channel ❤❤❤ South Africa has your back

It feels like south africa is riseing from the ash of the past. This moment feels like a change is in the air
You are an amazing couple. I get such joy watching you react to the things we sometimes take for granted. We a beautiful country, beautiful people. We are resilient and generally have a deep sense of care and community. Much love 💕
And thís victory came through prayer ,we fasted and prayed for God's favour. And we stood in unity as nation and at the end we received the trophy. All the glory to God🙌🙌🇿🇦
It was also very significant for us that it rained. It rained in France during the game, and after. And it rained here at home since the game!!!
the ora i felt from this video as a south african was nothing but love AND togetherness... shutout to the Demouchts you are definatly one of us
South africa have taken part in 8 world cups and we have won 4 of them which is outstanding.
Truly insane Stat.
I am happy you understood the raining part...😍😍😍😍😍
Even the rain celebrated the win of South African world cup. Love this!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Last week felt good being a South African. Those who don't know anything about you, they should know that you've been in a relationship with South Africa, from the moment Ndlovu Youth Choir took to the stage in America Got talent. That was in 2019.
As South African we just love you guys. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
True.
I believe it was raining during the whole game, that's why it was risky to pass the ball too much, and also had an effect on their kicking strategies. You 2 are awesome!!!💯
Rain is definitely symbolic to us too. Im still floating from the weekends win. Greetings to you two my fellow honorary world champions🏆
Sending love from SA🇿🇦
Great video. Thank you. Siyabonga!
p.s. springbok tag line is STRONGER TOGETHER! 🇿🇦✊️
It also rained here in south Africa,

Love your guys' videos on South Africa, especially the recent ones on the Rugby World Cup. When you guys plan a trip/your next trip to SA, know that I would love to have you guys over, you would only need to get yourselves here but your accommodation would be taken care of. Much love!
Much love and appreciation!
its so amazing that in France, it started raining few minutes before the World Cup was handed over. In South Africa, We experienced the first proper rain since winter after the Springboks left France.
The way I cried it's been almost a year, but this is emotional. Love yall, much love to every South African. ❤
We love you in South Africa 🇿🇦! Keep posting amazing content. Glad you understand the meaning of our national anthem. We have issues but we love our country
South Africa it actually rain before the game. And in some cultures here like the MaPedi they see rain as blessings and we definitely we blessed. It was an amazing experience
Rugby World Champions 🏆 🥇 a record 4 times y'all! It was ugly, hard fought, and 3 near heartstopping moments, but the boys dug deep each time and overcame whatever adversity they face on the battlefield. I'm so proud of the Springboks.
"they took us to a dark place"
The "war cry" was really the fans saying "aah Siya Kolisi"... the Captain's name
I find this absolutely fascinating about our Bokke’s winning points in the last three matches…..
RUGBY MATHS
SA won FRA with 1 point
SA won ENG with 1 point
SA won NZ with 1 point
That gives you three one's, or 111.
Now when you add the final game scores:
29-28, 16-15 and 12-11 together, it also gives you a total of 111.
Madibe? 💙🇿🇦😇
The angel number 111 is a sign of hope. It's a symbol of leaving behind a past that should definitely stay in the past and moving forward to a more positive future. Life's purpose can be difficult to decipher, but seeing 111 should give you the confidence to pursue your dreams and fulfill your purpose.
Thank u. Amazing that u picked it out. Love u. I totally understand
There are so many reasons that I love Americans but god bless you , you have given me another
You guys won't believe it but the whole of South Africa was pouring with rain and that when I told my colleagues that we gonna win this.......and we did. Then I saw rain after the game in France then I thought this was meant to be ❤
Thanks to you my lovely couple for appreciating us and show interest in our lovely country😘❤
10:26 I said that too after it started raining. This was blessing from God, we were meant to win this cup 😭🥹
The malls in South Africa had the games on big screens, so that people who do not have televisions or access to the DSTV channel, can also watch the games.. such a beautiful gesture.
it wasnt a war cry, they chanted the captain`s name
Ah! Thanks. It sounded like one of the war cries.
I love you guys for loving our country like this, youtubers like y`all are very much appreciated❤@@thedemouchetsreact2.0
I still can stop my tears whenever I watch rugby World Cup videos
south africa won the world cup in 1995, 2007, 2019 and 2023
Funny enough it was raining here in most part of South Africa as well during that game and after
We call "the war cry" igwijo. Amagwijo are songs that are usually ( applies in other aspects too) sung by amaXhosa boys when they are going to the mountain ( for traditional initiation) and after the initiation. My explanation is" light" though.
Rudby is mad about amagwijo, they fire everyone up.
Babygirl singing the anthem is the cutest thing this year.
South African here... Our country has come a long way and this win means alot to us as a nation...sending love to everyone around the world 🇿🇦 Viva South Africa Viva !!!
And South Africa is still smiling and wearing their Springbok shirts! I am super proud of our boys! And I think we have the most beautiful anthem in the world!
