A Rally car usually is made to go 210-220 kmh just everywhere within a view seconds (around 4 porpably) from the apex of an almost standing U-turn, be it steep up a hill on bumpy gravel or ice road or no matter what. Just imagine the power to weight ratio (500hp, 900kg), Anti-lag Turbo 4WD and sequential gearbox + the best suspention you can't buy for money. From my experience (I can barely afford an old Rally car without sequential gearbox that just bangs in the gears without any delay or torque decrease), when i accelerate to 210kmh, it feels like all im doing is shifting, honestly. Every shift is like reloading a gun in order to get the next pumpgun shot in your back, and it takes me around 6 sec to hit the ref limiter in the highest gear, what's still almost as quick as an F1. From 0 to 90kmh, mine is even quicker than an F1, since i don't have to shift if i start in second gear with some wheelspin :D

Interestingly enough, South Africans, well most, are immune to f a t and g a y jokes. They don't make a big deal out of it. It usually comes from a playful place... although we can tell when someone's being malicious... trust me they wouldn't last. But Noko portrays it very well .. although he's way too funny and ironic with it.

Cosmo the one with an eye patch is a depiction of the character from a South African famous TV soapie called Generations now called Generations the Legacy. In the soapie he's a criminal who do dirty work for his boss or gets contracted to do dirty work. That's why he got away with that rehearsing line. Some of the older generation fail to separate the character from TV to their real life or it used to be like that, hence Noko is confused.
