Mom used to make them coated with flour, with, salt and pepper, loved them, but, like the bread crumb coating better!

When I was a kid the only way I would eat squash was fried. Now I eat them anyway they are fixed. This looks so good. I will have to try it. Love your channel.

I love you guys. I watch every episode, not just to see what you're doing but because it reminds me of cooking with my brother which we did a lot of before he ran off to Idaho.
But please, don't say you're going to make aioli if you're making lemon garlic mayonnaise. Aioli consists of garlic and olive oil whisked to an emulsion and lemon juice is often added. It looks a lot the same but it doesn't taste the same.
Keep up the good work! As I said, I catch every episode.

@@BrooklynBrothersCooking Oh bummer! I have never seen them for sale anywhere. They were always from the garden out back , fresh as could be!! Not to many ( if any)Italian families that still have backyard gardens. Sad .... they were a real treat of the season!!! Thanx brothers..

Do you think you would be able to do this if you shredded them instead of making The Medallion Style? Perhaps by adding just a tiny bit of flour and maybe even just egg yolk or the whole egg? To bind it together.
