@@dsxz Legally, they *can* use it. But they're not doing themselves any favors to those of us that know what we're looking at. If you're unaware, DLX and SP are under the same umbrella - I predicted they'd pull the copied tech down to the Shocker months ago.
So the new AMP is a outdated variant of the 170R for the same price range. I mean eye covers with screws, a old school twist ASA. It feels dated, out of the box at this price range
Was really hoping SP was going to make improvements to the battery. Like maybe include the drop in battery of the luxe X. Or if they wanted to stick with 9 volt make it quicker to put in and out. Like tooless grips. If nothing else I just hope they improve the battery efficiency of the AMP. I burn through 9 volts on my XLS (compared to my CS1.5 the XLS is not an efficient board). Also anytime I expect to not play within the next few weeks I have to take my 9 volt out because the board just drains it even when sitting idle. I would even consider buying the drop in battery like the luxe X as a separate purchase.
The AMP should be considerably more battery-efficient since the solenoid is doing considerably less work with that style of bolt system. Will it be as efficient as the CS1.5? Doubtful due to the voltage difference.
SP. Bringing new marketing to the same old parts since 1997! What is old is just new marketing opportunities for the next gen. Is low pressure next, lolol

I really want this marker and trying to learn more about it before I make the purchase. However, the audio levels on this video make it very difficult for me to watch. Please invest in a wind protected mic or a wind shield muff for the mic.
Seems like its the same old kinda hard plastic grip, they suck, after one season with my RSX with new grips one of the screw holes have started to widen and the hard plastic underneath is starting to fall away, and i'm careful not to over tighten the screw.

another gamma core clone, meh pass. also the fit and finish of the amp looks sub par. The ano looks cheap and the mill marks on the eye covers are disappointing.

My B2K2 LCD does that too, especially the one with a rammer (more like an Ego ram vs. the stock ram/hammer which was like most Angels are)

Did a clinic with ac diesel and my luxe went down so one of guys let me run his amp for some drills and I thoroughly enjoyed it

Put an extender on your tank, that fits anything the tank is on rather than having to buy a part that only fits one marker.
