- The plaintiff says she used to date the defendant. She claims he broke in, knocked her down, and stole her TV and phone. She’s suing him for what she’s owed. The defendant says the TV was his, and he claims she threw her phone at him. He’s countersuing for hardship and wasted time.

Multiple things stuck out to me that make him petty. I can’t stand him. First taking the only tv for his kid, then the countersuit for $5k over a $98 tv. He also told the judge he brought his big screen to her house bc he was there so much he wanted the big one to play games on. (I’m not even going to include that he said and for his kid to watch bc we know he isn’t watching cartoons with his kid, he makes the kid watch him lose at his games). So he’s at his daughters house SO MUCH to the point he wanted to bring his own tv over right….but in the hall he says she’s keeping his kid from him? No, it can’t be both ways. This guy has used his charisma and smile to manipulate too many people in his life and he’s used to getting away with it. I hope she sees thru it and doesn’t go back to him. He’s bad news. To be that petty to even start such a fight over a tv and then he let it get to this point, he could’ve easily paid or replaced it long ago. I’m surprised the judge didn’t bring up child support. I’m curious to know what he pays for that and how current he is.

The real victim in this case is the child, whose childhood is clearly going to be messed up because his parents couldn't wait until they were mature enough to get married in order to have children. It is selfish to start having children before having established a committed relationship. The man-child of the father seems clueless. The only thing he may be able to commit to might be his Xbox.

I know that there are conflicting studies on the subject, but fair warning ladies: *PLEASE* don’t put your cell phones in your bra!
