Unfortunately LG phones will most likely not have any sort of support via updates starting 2024😭
I hope one day we can get LG back into the mobile division!

Contact LG and let them know about Soft updates in 2024 its very Disappointing LG innovated some excellent phones but apple phones monolpolised and took out LG cell phone right out of the market The FtC will have no choice to challenge apple LG was making really good devices until apple decide to Take over the cell phone Indusrty

I seriously don't understand that stupid stereoutype about getting updates. As if something extraordinary will happen after each update. The thing is most of the people won't even notice improvements and stuff like that. I own LG V40 for 5 years and the last update stopped on the Android 10 which runs perfectly. It's irrelevant way to change smartphones after the manufacturer stops providing updates. I understand when people change their old smartphones or flash their firmwares with custom roms. For example those who use Android 4.x.x OS because most of the apps are supported only from the Android 5.

Thank you dude, I haven't even thought about getting a knew phone till now. I'm still running on the lg k51 from 2020. Thank you for this video, I now know I have to upgrade, I'm thinking about the Samsung phones ATM.

I still have the LG @ing I bought second hand from a friend back in 2021, a week later I cracked the screen and still works like new, this is the longest time I've ever had a phone, I love it's double screen which is very useful and I can't complain about it. I hope it last a bit longer, I'm very used to have a double screen phone

I have the LG Velvet. Android 13.last version, and it was said that patched up to 2025 Lg said. However, the last one I got was in August 2023. I was looking to see when the next patch would be in 2024 given it will be the last year for LG to support their phones

that's cool I still trying to find a replacement for my LG Velvet. All phones so far are not up to par fully so I hold out, if upgrade it i want a full upgrade if possible
