    This is a 6-minute warm-up you can do before lifting weights. The goal is to get your blood flowing, warm up all of the major muscles, lubricate the joints and minimize the chance of getting overuse injuries. Enjoy.
    I spend at least 5 minutes warming up before lifting weights. My weight training sessions are about 25 minutes in duration.
