  • ✨Welcome✨. Are you ready to build bone and prevent osteopenia or osteoporosis from progressing? Weight training to stay strong is the best way to protect your bone, but before you lift, you need to warm up your body.
The injuries we get as we move into life beyond menopause tend to be overuse injuries such as tendonitis, bursitis, and joint pain. Most of these can be avoided if we take the time to warm up before lifting, and add rest days between workouts.
    Enjoy.
I recorded this as part of my Strong Women, Strong Bones class the day after Thanksgiving. You can join the next cohort by emailing me at andrea@andreatrombley.com and ask to be added to the waitlist!
