Reflowing Soldering - Hot Plate and Aluminum Pie Pan

Sorry for the poor quality video - my hand often blocks the view, and the most interesting parts of the process aren't clearly visible. Short summary: a generic aluminum pie pan turned out to be poor choice of heat diffuser. Its bottom is much too uneven, so the thermal contact between the hot plate, pie pan, and PCB is quite bad.
