    I followed the steps but it keeps telling me "connect close" i dont know what am i doing wrong

      0:20 go to the main unit
      Right-click mouse
      Left-click on Main Menu
      From the main unit write down the user name and the password
      Left-click the mouse on screen
      Left-click on Main Menu
      Scroll across until reaches info
      Click on info to get the IP
      Left-click to remove info
      1:25 add IP, username and password that was taken from the main unit

      I have same error. Connect close. And I don’t see user name or pw on main page. Pls advise thanks

    How do i do setting to view the cctv when im outside the house using my phone mobile data. Tq

      By setting the same password & IP address on your phone. Start at 0:12

    Where is your audio? I have no idea what the basis of your menu selections is.

      There is no audio, there is a visual step, pause it if you have to, and the steps are provided in the description box. The basis is to set up the RXCamView to different devices and view it other than on the unit.

    No tiene sonido??. La próxima vez acerca más la cámara que cuesta lo mismo

      Sé que no tiene sonido. Yo hablo ingles y tu hablas español. Ningún sonido lo hace mejor para todos los idiomas. Siempre puede pausar el video o buscar los pasos en inglés en el cuadro de descripción y traducidos al español. Intente mirarlo en una pantalla más grande y con suerte eso ayudará.

      Same problem here - did you fix it? It's driving me nuts. I did manage to get the software for PC to work, just enable to get the RXCamView working. Stuck in "connecting" - app doesnt even pick up there's a DVR on the network, whereas PC did.

      I am not connected to the app. I figured out how to connect the system and decided to share the setup.
