I follow your steps. I can watch from Monitor and mobile with same Wifi from Home. Once I disconnect home wifi and used phone data, I can not play to see the home CCTV. Please assist.

I am guessing you need your wifi at home to be connected to the DVR in order for you to connect to it via your cell.
