If you want to use gameplay mechanics, then I'll use gags from OPM, homeie got scratched by a cat and couldn't hit a mosquito, so I guess he's pretty weak huh. Obviously Saitama's not weak, but Kratos is a lot stronger than that in universe, also most of the chests he opens are magically sealed and literally made for him, that's why they take some effort to open.

Only Playstation Allstars is maybe cannon, but that still makes Kratos strong since Polygon Man was merging like 20 universes together and Kratos beat him.
