BLACK COCONUT MOUSSE CAKE 🥥 (มูสเปียกปูนมะพร้าวอ่อน)

Hello everyone, it's Songkran festival here in Thailand so I modernized this new dessert based on a traditional Thai dessert known as 'PIAKPOON'. It consists of a coconut sablée crust, a charcoal and pandan scent mousse with a young coconut insert, finished off with shredded coconut and a coconut sauce. Hope you all like this new recipe 😋
