in a way i'd guess he needs the break the most, having been selfless and one-of-a-kind leader w extra responsibilities for all these years. i noticed in a proof photo they reduced his height/scaled him down even more than usual so his height wouldnt make him stand out, his height is his fave feature about himself and he's so egoless, they usually put him in the back in photos cause he's tallest and he's not the maknae/ visuals like v, jimin, jk, jin. yet in a way he has the most opportunities since his english is so fluent, so in a way his sacrifices are slightly greater in that regard, starting even w the fact that former CEO asked him early on if he wanted BTS or solo support from them and he chose BTS. seeing him talk about feeling so guilty was hard
@@Yk-vx7rq Seeing Namjoon break down like that shook me to the core. The years that he held this team together, when he himself, was so young to lead them in the right direction. Can you imagine managing 6 other very different personalities and making sure all of them kept in line? He basically was a parent, leader, motivator, mentor, and pretty much the glue that held everyone together. I'm not diminishing the other guys by any means. They all have been so supportive of one another and love each other like brothers, but to have that responsibility on his shoulders when he was still a young guy himself, is tremendous. This is why he is so respected by the other members.

I'm a Korean ARMY. I cried a lot while watching the video yesterday. These kids are so lovely that they already apologized on "yet to come" and promised to come back...I think it's ARMY's job to wait for BTS kids who can't even talk about their appointments and feel sorry. In Korea, they are used as election tools by the former president, used by award ceremonies recognized by foreign countries, and they work hard at the U.N., the White House, but their recognition, popularity, and star quality are consumed, and they are not recognized as singers or artists. In my country and abroad, they were always using it without acknowledging it like a successful out-of-wedlock child, and even their agency said they were taking on new challenges, and it seemed that they were going to make money, not music that BTS liked. I think they probably struggled a lot in this environment. They're very considerate. That's why they came to the conclusion that they're taking a break from their activities at an important point. I think we're kind of a declaration that fame doesn't matter. As always, we, BTS, overcome it wisely and believe that each and every one of us will grow like a company at a higher level. Also, those children, who are deep in the problem of military service that they have no intention of solving in their country, will go because they don't want to see this and that. ARMYs in Korea don't want to see them fighting their own battles over this issue, so it's dirty and cheap, but if you're a Korean man, you don't have to go and feed opportunists. Rather, I think that the experience will be a lot of property for our children when they return from military service. As long as our bts are in the army, North Korea will not come over, right? Hah, hah, hah. I think they are like sons, friends, and sometimes teachers and parents. Those kids who grow up so young and live the world wisely are like teachers and parents to me. Ha ha. I'm so happy right now. Namjoon explained it so well on how they've been stuck, tired, uninspired, exhausted and they've lost their path after ON. It was really obvious to me and many Army. They need to do their own things, go their own path so BTS remains worthy and proud of their work. Two days ago I wrote on Quora that I thought of leaving the Fandom for the lack of authenticity in their later work and I was tired of waiting. My heart is broken💔 The tears that I’ve held back all day at work are finally flowing freely. I’m 57 yrs old and just over a year ago my daughter introduced me to group called BTS. I have loved every single minute of it !! I’ve never experienced anything like the Bangtan boys or army before. I truly understand, love and support their decision and I want each one to be happy, healthy and successful as they come into their own. May nothing ever break the bond that binds together this awesome group of men!! I’m so sad that I became army too late. I wanted more time! I’m sorry.. I just needed to share. 💜
I too am 57 (well I will be in a few months) and I was introduced to BTS by my 83 yr old mom, 60 yr old sister, & 18 and 28 yr old nieces only 2 yrs ago but have been a hooked ARMY. Don’t think and be sad that you joined too late. They have 9 yrs of content fr music MVs, performances, dance practices, VLives, Run BTS, Soop. Commercials, etc to keep you busy and not missing them. Watch and rewatch those and keep listening to their music and support the solo projects that will come up and by the time you know it they’ll be back better than ever. ☺️💜
When RM started to cry, I just lost it. We rarely see RM cried. It really hits different when he cried. We could wait, we will always be here. Waiting for the 7 of you. I'm fully aware that this will definitely come. I guess I came prepared that's why I don't seem to cry but ngl- I'm also in pain deep inside. But we'll wait guys. As one of K-army, it's so heart breaking to imagine how they felt when they prepared the gifts for army recently. They must more sad than us. I think it was an intelligent decision. It is really hard and painful but they need to prioritise their mental health to continue. When Suga mentioned that he couldn't write anything, it means that there is not inspiration. They are REAL ARTISTS. We are going to support them until they are ready to come. Hybe must support them as solo artists. The return of BTS will be majestic. That's for sure. They paved the way for other Korean artists. I can’t believe ppl are actually believing HYBE word over Bangtan, they literally just sat there, poured out their hearts and cried and spoke from their hearts and told us the truth, yet ppl still believe the label statement over the words and emotions that came from the boy’s souls in that video. They were so honest and real with us, I’ve never seen an artist ask for understanding to do what they want, it broke me to hear them say that. They’re so precious. Knowing that they are still together and took a break as a group to shine on their own, it is admirable because it shows that there is no envy or anger because someone shines more, that is friendship, they celebrate with you your achievements, that's the closest thing you have. getting friendships like that nowadays is very difficult. That's why I admire them a lot, always with Bangtan!!!
This Festa was such a roller coaster of emotions. I just feel bad that we were not able to completely know that they have already given us so much and we will always be with them and they deserve to take a break and lives like they want to. It's a break and separation of sorts, but we shouldn't make it more complicated than it is by saying on no they're disbanding or going on a hiatus, or indefinitely separating, because for one they didn't say that and two let's just let them do what makes them happy. In the end we know they all love each other and don't want all this to be over for good. Even if they "disband" someday they'll still always be bangtan sonyeodan (BTS) and the people we love and support til the very end right😁💜

Jimin and Namjoon, and I think Yoongi, all mentioned that there are things that they want to talk to us about, but can't. I think some of those things are about contracts, maybe dating/significant others, living arrangements, but for sure one of those big things is military enlistment. I do think they want to try doing solo activities for all the reasons Namjoon mentioned, but also because of what they didn't say, and that's enlistment. Yoongi mentioned that there was a time when they thought about "leaving" during the pandemic, and said that they would just now be returning. He was talking about enlistment. But other opportunities came up with Dynamite and the Grammy's, and I'm sure there were other factors, too, as to why they decided to wait. But Jin's time is up, so there should be an announcement coming soon. Since they evidently weren't given any type of exemption, Jin will have to enlist by December, and Yoongi by March. So they would have entered an enforced "chapter 2" soon anyway. I was hoping they would all go together, like it seems they were planning to do during the pandemic, but it looks like those plans have changed. If they spread it out and do solo albums and activities while other members are enlisted, they might not be finished with enlistment for another 7 years, when Jin is 37 years old. So that is what worries me. I know their intent now is to come back together as a 7 member BTS, so I will pray that they still want that 7 years from now. I do think they plan to do some episodes of Run!BTS, and they may do occasional schedules and appearances together, but if they really do start enlisting in December, we may not see them making music or doing performances all together for a very long time.
I love that they are taking a break, they need the mental reset and to live life outside of BTS to grow as individuals, I'm excited to see what they learn and how they evolve, they are smart that they recognize this and I can't what to see their come back its going to be epic!

They have been together for 9 years as BTS. But the got together in 2010. That's 12 years. Sleeping, eating, singing, and living together. They started 7 sleeping in one room to having separate rooms. They have come a long way. So they need some ME time. I get it.
Honestly yall watching it again with you guys makes it easier to swallow. When you start hearing from other army you don’t feel alone, and then you start gaining perspective. It’s my third time watching this and I’m finding new things to respect about their words each time
Same. At first I was thinking I wouldn't watch any reactions but then I thought, I wonder how my fellow army feel about this. And I couldn't help but try to find out even if it might hurt a bit to watch it more than once. But like you said, in fact doing so made it easier to swallow and made me come to more of an understanding. I didn't know what to think the first time I watched this and was numb and crying without really knowing why. But now that I've taken a step back and really taken it in I can much more than I could the first time, understand why they're saying what they're saying, and why this is necessary. And hearing others opinions further solidified that and rounded out the once narraw prospective I had.
I felt like I had the wind knocked out of me when I watched the Festa this morning and cried off and on all day. I’m so glad I rewatched this with you guys because I have such a better understanding of what the guys were trying to say and why they need this time for themselves. This had to happen at this time. Jin is mostly likely going into the military by the end of the year then Suga has to go early next year. Then it is JHope and RM about the time Jin gets out and so on. It could be about 7 years from the time Jin goes in and Jungkook gets out. You can not do any business activists while you are enlisted so they won’t be able to perform as a group while someone is enlisted. I think we will have alot of great solo projects and sub units And they will all have a chance to rediscover who they are

you guys are one of the few that actually understood the video despite not knowing Korean. This is NOT a hiatus or a disbandment. This is a pause on group music and music promotions in order for them to grow individually. They need to find themselves in order to come back as BTS stronger
Also because they are in that phase of late 20’s where you are looking for some self-satisfaction whether that’s for your own inner professional growth and/or thinking about having your own family down the road. My friends and I went to that phase. I am just glad that bts assured us that they will be back as a group. I think we need to let them experience the other side and just be themselves for a while. I do hope they will be back, which I have a feeling they will.

This was hard, but I do understand. I have been an NKOTB fan for 36 years. They've been together since 1984. Close to 40 years. They went on a break in 1994. I actually met Jordan and Joe Feb 18, 1994(day Hobi was born). They took a long break(15 years) to pursue solo careers and acting etc. It was a much needed break. Fans and media kept trying to force a reunion. But I guess it was never the right time. Til 2008 they decided to reunite because THEY were ready. We the fans were so shocked and happy. We thought we were only getting 1 tour. But, they are still together today, touring. Not for awards but for the love of music and the fans. They reunited on THEIR terms. So , my point is have faith in BTS. They need this time to find themselves, grow individually, and find their way back as a group when they are ready. To bring it back to their love for music, Army and for them. Sorry for long comment. I'll support BTS individually and as a group. Just as I still do with nkotb. Love you guys. Its going to be ok. I love NKOTB as well. Fun fact my bestie from elementary school is cousin's with one of the members. I remember a few times during recess they had put on a mini concert for us. As well as got to go to one of their houses to swim and ride horses. A couple of the members still come by the hair salon I go to get their hair cut too.

I had lost my oldest daughter prematurely a year before and I cried when Donnie held me twice and he whispered it's going to be ok. I met Mark Wahlberg when he was 18 or 19. He was sitting on Donnie and Danny's bus and chatted with us. I'm now 49. So a long time :) I actually wonder what advice nkotb offered bts when they met at AMAs, if any. Donnie is Army
I also think it's due to some of the members need to go to the Army as well. It's like Big Bang just come back after they all completed their Army obligations. They were on hiatus for a while now at least 4 years.
They just need time to rest, gather their thoughts, regroup. It’s been a long 9-10 years for them. All the physical, mental and emotional difficulties they experienced throughout the years is taking a toll on them. They NEED this time off from the group. Being in BTS means focusing on a common goal as a group and not necessarily their indivudual goals, dreams and wants. Let us give them this time to live life as they want to. Grow up, mature and experience life as ordinary people. And JK, you don’t need our blessings but thank you for considering our feelings like you always do. We love you Bangtan!💜
My tears do not stop coming out for many hours when I saw it, they have and will always have my support. I know it's not a goodbye, but I can't control this feeling.
They have been together since 2011, they debuted in 2013. Eleven years together is a long time for 7 young boys. I think with this announcement they're thinking about Jin having to serve in the military in December. I wouldn't be surprised if they all will go and serve at the same time and be done with it together in 2 years.
This was hard to watch but in the end, I will continue to support and encourage them in their solo projects, group projects, life, family, etc....they deserve to be happy. Virtual hugs to all ARMY and to BTS!💜

guys there are ALOT of mistranslations. the actual meaning of the word that was translated as "hiatus" is "off break". they'll still remain as a group but focus more on solo projects. Thanks for your information. I agree with many of the comments here that it's great that they can rest, find themselves and maybe this is an act of preparing to enlist according to Korean law. I also deeply respect and support Bangtan's decisions. It's just that I still feel heartbroken why Korea and a part of the Korean people are still looking for ways to benefit from BTS's efforts and sacrifices, but also want the guys to enlist in the army. I'm angry at that selfishness of Koreans

Yesterday was one big emotional roller-coaster. The guys have always been so raw and open with us. But seeing them with tears in their absolutely destroyed me. The fact that they were feeling so vulnerable and didn't know what direction to go in couldn't of been easy to admit. I respect them so much. I love them so much. I will always support all 7 of the members wholeheartedly💜.
This is something I've honestly wished for them, even though they enjoyed working, it was clear that everything was just becoming schedules and that's it. It was kind of becoming an obligation to release music, then promotions and it's not that we get tired of it, but they did. Finding time to rest is something they should definitely do. And nobody is going to forget the name BTS. they'll come back stronger. In fact even more content, we'll get something from each one of them. Everything is going to be multiplied by seven now, the content, our love, our support, and competition to haters, it's all gonna be seven times now. watching this the first time was really sad (and it still is at the end when they're emotional about how army will react) but now I'm actually really excited watching them talk about how they all have albums lined up and seem super excited to share their own music :) proud of them! the only way i'd be upset is if they were taking a break because they hated each other or something like you see with other groups but obviously that's not a concern for BTS so I'm not upset

They will work in a group, as always, just the emphasis in music will go to solo activities (Translated incorrectly, so there was such a misunderstanding)
I saw the translation of the article into my native language. That they're going to just focus on the solo, it's not a break and it's not the end. There are already articles that J-Hope will release his album in the summer (Perhaps he will release an album for the LOLLAPALOOZA open-air music festival). I think they decided to focus on solo, because they will still join the army (of course, I don't want to, but most likely can't avoid it). And also some Korean ARMY write that the translation was not quite accurate there... Also, they love each other very much, so I don't think they'll break up as a band. They will just have a little rest (or they will all join the army, nothing is known about this), release their albums and start working on a new comeback with renewed vigor. Well, if it was a break, then HIBE would have issued an official statement on this topic, but there is nothing. So far everything is going according to schedule all their broadcasts with recordings of performances and so on

Everyone got into Festa thinking it’s gonna be all fun just like previous Festas, but left with tears and a heavy heart. More than that BTS is going hiatus as group, I cried because of how sad the members seemed, their happiness means a lot to me and to see them breakdown like that hurt me. I have been w them for 9-10 years and will always support 7 members regardless so it’s not a sad ending but rather a beginning to explore the members individually so i’am looking forward to it 💜💜
Each one of them is such a vital piece to BTS collectively as a whole, a bright shining piece that has made a radiant huge sphere of love, why else would we all be so drawn to these young men, it's not just their dancing or their music. We have been allowed to know their personalities as individuals. If you love something set it free, they need to have relationships and not have to sneak around and millions of other things. I am excited to be able to follow each one of them and still rally for their victories (and their failures) I have enjoyed watching them mature and will continue to do so with even more enthusiasm. 7 times the good news! Jimin was by his side as always, they even sat next to each other at this dinner. The last couple of months has been exciting seeing each member experience a private life while periodically keeping in touch with them through. VLive, Weverse, Twitter and IG. There is so much to look forward to and I am so happy for BTS. It took great courage to have this heart to heart with Army and I felt as if I were in the room. I truly believe that BTS was effected by the pandemic just like all of us were and despite such tragedy they did their best to reach out and support their fans through their music. I appreciate their transparency yet I also think it is essential for each member to honor and explore their private life and live unapologetically. Thank you both for keeping it real

Can you imagine managing 6 other very different personalities and making sure all of them kept in line? He basically was a parent, leader, motivator, mentor, and pretty much the glue that held everyone together. I'm not diminishing the other guys by any means. They all have been so supportive of one another and love each other like brothers, but to have that responsibility on his shoulders when he was still a young guy himself, is tremendous. This is why he is so respected by the other members.

I'm a Korean ARMY. I cried a lot while watching the video yesterday. These kids are so lovely that they already apologized on "yet to come" and promised to come back...I think it's ARMY's job to wait for BTS kids who can't even talk about their appointments and feel sorry. In Korea, they are used as election tools by the former president, used by award ceremonies recognized by foreign countries, and they work hard at the U.N., the White House, but their recognition, popularity, and star quality are consumed, and they are not recognized as singers or artists. In my country and abroad, they were always using it without acknowledging it like a successful out-of-wedlock child, and even their agency said they were taking on new challenges, and it seemed that they were going to make money, not music that BTS liked. I think they probably struggled a lot in this environment. They're very considerate. That's why they came to the conclusion that they're taking a break from their activities at an important point.
I think we're kind of a declaration that fame doesn't matter.
As always, we, BTS, overcome it wisely and believe that each and every one of us will grow like a company at a higher level. Also, those children, who are deep in the problem of military service that they have no intention of solving in their country, will go because they don't want to see this and that. ARMYs in Korea don't want to see them fighting their own battles over this issue, so it's dirty and cheap, but if you're a Korean man, you don't have to go and feed opportunists. Rather, I think that the experience will be a lot of property for our children when they return from military service. As long as our bts are in the army, North Korea will not come over, right? I'm so happy right now. Namjoon explained it so well on how they've been stuck, tired, uninspired, exhausted and they've lost their path after ON. It was really obvious to me and many Army. The tears that I’ve held back all day at work are finally flowing freely. I’m 57 yrs old and just over a year ago my daughter introduced me to group called BTS. I have loved every single minute of it !! I’ve never experienced anything like the Bangtan boys or army before. I truly understand, love and support their decision and I want each one to be happy, healthy and successful as they come into their own. May nothing ever break the bond that binds together this awesome group of men!! I’m so sad that I became army too late. I wanted more time! I’m sorry.. I just needed to share. 💜

I too am 57 (well I will be in a few months) and I was introduced to BTS by my 83 yr old mom, 60 yr old sister, & 18 and 28 yr old nieces only 2 yrs ago but have been a hooked ARMY. Don’t think and be sad that you joined too late. They have 9 yrs of content fr music MVs, performances, dance practices, VLives, Run BTS, Soop. Commercials, etc to keep you busy and not missing them. Watch and rewatch those and keep listening to their music and support the solo projects that will come up and by the time you know it they’ll be back better than ever. ☺️💜
When RM started to cry, I just lost it. We rarely see RM cried. It really hits different when he cried. We could wait, we will always be here. Waiting for the 7 of you. I think it was an intelligent decision. It is really hard and painful but they need to prioritise their mental health to continue. When Suga mentioned that he couldn't write anything, it means that there is not inspiration. They are REAL ARTISTS. We are going to support them until they are ready to come. Hybe must support them as solo artists. The return of BTS will be majestic. That's for sure. They paved the way for other Korean artists. It's a break and separation of sorts, but we shouldn't make it more complicated than it is by saying on no they're disbanding or going on a hiatus, or indefinitely separating, because for one they didn't say that and two let's just let them do what makes them happy. In the end we know they all love each other and don't want all this to be over for good. Even if they "disband" someday they'll still always be bangtan sonyeodan (BTS) and the people we love and support til the very end right😁💜

Jimin and Namjoon, and I think Yoongi, all mentioned that there are things that they want to talk to us about, but can't. I think some of those things are about contracts, maybe dating/significant others, living arrangements, but for sure one of those big things is military enlistment. I do think they want to try doing solo activities for all the reasons Namjoon mentioned, but also because of what they didn't say, and that's enlistment. Yoongi mentioned that there was a time when they thought about "leaving" during the pandemic, and said that they would just now be returning. He was talking about enlistment. But other opportunities came up with Dynamite and the Grammy's, and I'm sure there were other factors, too, as to why they decided to wait. But Jin's time is up, so there should be an announcement coming soon. Since they evidently weren't given any type of exemption, Jin will have to enlist by December, and Yoongi by March. So they would have entered an enforced "chapter 2" soon anyway.
I was hoping they would all go together, like it seems they were planning to do during the pandemic, but it looks like those plans have changed. If they spread it out and do solo albums and activities while other members are enlisted, they might not be finished with enlistment for another 7 years, when Jin is 37 years old. So that is what worries me. I know their intent now is to come back together as a 7 member BTS, so I will pray that they still want that 7 years from now.
I do think they plan to do some episodes of Run!BTS, and they may do occasional schedules and appearances together, but if they really do start enlisting in December, we may not see them making music or doing performances all together for a very long time.
They are not going to serve together the younger members have a right to live their lives and have solo careers before they serve
Bts members never planned to serve together. They wouldn't be aloud to in the same groups or branches of the military

They have been together for 9 years as BTS. But the got together in 2010. That's 12 years. Sleeping, eating, singing, and living together. They started 7 sleeping in one room to having separate rooms. They have come a long way. So they need some ME time. I get it.
Honestly yall watching it again with you guys makes it easier to swallow. When you start hearing from other army you don’t feel alone, and then you start gaining perspective. It’s my third time watching this and I’m finding new things to respect about their words each time
Same. At first I was thinking I wouldn't watch any reactions but then I thought, I wonder how my fellow army feel about this. And I couldn't help but try to find out even if it might hurt a bit to watch it more than once. But like you said, in fact doing so made it easier to swallow and made me come to more of an understanding. I didn't know what to think the first time I watched this and was numb and crying without really knowing why. But now that I've taken a step back and really taken it in I can much more than I could the first time, understand why they're saying what they're saying, and why this is necessary. And hearing others opinions further solidified that and rounded out the once narraw prospective I had.

This had to happen at this time. Jin is mostly likely going into the military by the end of the year then Suga has to go early next year. Then it is JHope and RM about the time Jin gets out and so on. It could be about 7 years from the time Jin goes in and Jungkook gets out. You can not do any business activists while you are enlisted so they won’t be able to perform as a group while someone is enlisted. I think we will have alot of great solo projects and sub units And they will all have a chance to rediscover who they are

Also because they are in that phase of late 20’s where you are looking for some self-satisfaction whether that’s for your own inner professional growth and/or thinking about having your own family down the road. My friends and I went to that phase. I am just glad that bts assured us that they will be back as a group. I think we need to let them experience the other side and just be themselves for a while. I do hope they will be back, which I have a feeling they will.

This was hard, but I do understand. I have been an NKOTB fan for 36 years. They've been together since 1984. Close to 40 years. They went on a break in 1994. I actually met Jordan and Joe Feb 18, 1994(day Hobi was born). They took a long break(15 years) to pursue solo careers and acting etc. It was a much needed break. Fans and media kept trying to force a reunion. But I guess it was never the right time. Til 2008 they decided to reunite because THEY were ready. We the fans were so shocked and happy. We thought we were only getting 1 tour. But, they are still together today, touring. Not for awards but for the love of music and the fans. They reunited on THEIR terms. So , my point is have faith in BTS. They need this time to find themselves, grow individually, and find their way back as a group when they are ready. To bring it back to their love for music, Army and for them. Sorry for long comment. I'll support BTS individually and as a group. Just as I still do with nkotb. Love you guys. Its going to be ok. I love NKOTB as well. Fun fact my bestie from elementary school is cousin's with one of the members. I remember a few times during recess they had put on a mini concert for us. As well as got to go to one of their houses to swim and ride horses. A couple of the members still come by the hair salon I go to get their hair cut too.

I had lost my oldest daughter prematurely a year before and I cried when Donnie held me twice and he whispered it's going to be ok. I met Mark Wahlberg when he was 18 or 19. I also think it's due to some of the members need to go to the Army as well. It's like Big Bang just come back after they all completed their Army obligations. They were on hiatus for a while now at least 4 years.
They just need time to rest, gather their thoughts, regroup. It’s been a long 9-10 years for them. All the physical, mental and emotional difficulties they experienced throughout the years is taking a toll on them. They NEED this time off from the group. Being in BTS means focusing on a common goal as a group and not necessarily their indivudual goals, dreams and wants. Let us give them this time to live life as they want to. Grow up, mature and experience life as ordinary people. And JK, you don’t need our blessings but thank you for considering our feelings like you always do. We love you Bangtan!💜

They have been together since 2011, they debuted in 2013. Eleven years together is a long time for 7 young boys. I think with this announcement they're thinking about Jin having to serve in the military in December. I wouldn't be surprised if they all will go and serve at the same time and be done with it together in 2 years.

Thanks for your information. I agree with many of the comments here that it's great that they can rest, find themselves and maybe this is an act of preparing to enlist according to Korean law. I also deeply respect and support Bangtan's decisions. It's just that I still feel heartbroken why Korea and a part of the Korean people are still looking for ways to benefit from BTS's efforts and sacrifices, but also want the guys to enlist in the army. I'm angry at that selfishness of Koreans

Yesterday was one big emotional roller-coaster. The guys have always been so raw and open with us. But seeing them with tears in their absolutely destroyed me. The fact that they were feeling so vulnerable and didn't know what direction to go in couldn't of been easy to admit. I respect them so much. I love them so much. I will always support all 7 of the members wholeheartedly💜.
This is something I've honestly wished for them, even though they enjoyed working, it was clear that everything was just becoming schedules and that's it. It was kind of becoming an obligation to release music, then promotions and it's not that we get tired of it, but they did. Finding time to rest is something they should definitely do. And nobody is going to forget the name BTS. they'll come back stronger. In fact even more content, we'll get something from each one of them. Everything is going to be multiplied by seven now, the content, our love, our support, and competition to haters, it's all gonna be seven times now. The charts are going to be occupied by all seven now, anybody else can compete for 8th position.

There are already articles that J-Hope will release his album in the summer (Perhaps he will release an album for the LOLLAPALOOZA open-air music festival). I think they decided to focus on solo, because they will still join the army (of course, I don't want to, but most likely can't avoid it). And also some Korean ARMY write that the translation was not quite accurate there...
Also, they love each other very much, so I don't think they'll break up as a band. They will just have a little rest (or they will all join the army, nothing is known about this), release their albums and start working on a new comeback with renewed vigor.

Everyone got into Festa thinking it’s gonna be all fun just like previous Festas, but left with tears and a heavy heart. More than that BTS is going hiatus as group, I cried because of how sad the members seemed, their happiness means a lot to me and to see them breakdown like that hurt me. I have been w them for 9-10 years and will always support 7 members regardless so it’s not a sad ending but rather a beginning to explore the members individually so i’am looking forward to it 💜💜
Each one of them is such a vital piece to BTS collectively as a whole, a bright shining piece that has made a radiant huge sphere of love, why else would we all be so drawn to these young men, it's not just their dancing or their music. We have been allowed to know their personalities as individuals. If you love something set it free, they need to have relationships and not have to sneak around and millions of other things. I am excited to be able to follow each one of them and still rally for their victories (and their failures) I have enjoyed watching them mature and will continue to do so with even more enthusiasm. 7 times the good news! I waited till now to see this reaction video. The date is 8/01/2022 and J Hope just made history at Lollapalooza. Jimin was by his side as always, they even sat next to each other at this dinner. The last couple of months has been exciting seeing each member experience a private life while periodically keeping in touch with them through. VLive, Weverse, Twitter and IG. There is so much to look forward to and I am so happy for BTS. It took great courage to have this heart to heart with Army and I felt as if I were in the room. I truly believe that BTS was effected by the pandemic just like all of us were and despite such tragedy they did their best to reach out and support their fans through their music. I appreciate their transparency yet I also think it is essential for each member to honor and explore their private life and live unapologetically. Thank you both for keeping it real
