$7000 behind on a $200 a month rent. You need to evict as soon as they're 3 months behind in public housing. We're creating our own mess in society. Too many are allowed to not play by the normal rules, and they aren't all mentally challenged, but are smart and crafty people. We need to be fair, but tougher.

The very reason Babylon is falling. The ones responsible being held accountable the ones caught in the middle being removed from the situation. This temporary earth school experiment everyone is in either being rewarded or punished according to deeds on earth school. Thieves never get rewarded. They only think they're crafty. Literally everything we do is recorded in Arch Angel Metatron the hall of records. They forget everyone was given a PKU test testing for bloodline and lineage microchipped monitored and recorded at all times in this earth school experiment called project earth.

I agree with withholding rent if the landlord refuses to fix a issue there. However, how long are you planning to withhold rent for? What are you doing with the money withheld? If you are not paying and still just living in the condition that you are complaining about, and doing it for years, then that’s an issue.

That's not how it works! To withhold rent due to unfixed repairs - you must go to court! There is a LEGAL way to this and it is done through the courts. The court will collect and keep the rent owed and place it in escrow until repairs are made. When the landlord proves to the court repairs have been made - then the money held in escrow will be released to the landlord.

I am sure a lot of people have black mold sickness from apartment buildings. It can be life-threatening. They are leaving leaks to just keep growing mold. They need to fix the leak and replace the ceiling and floor upstairs, but they don't because these people have nowhere else to go. Then they want rent. You do your end, and then the people will do theirs.
What is going on in low-income, section 8, and public housing apparently now, is they leave repairs to get so out of hand that the building is condemned. Then the residents are homeless, and the HAs are like well here is a voucher, but there is nowhere left to use it. The USA is turning into the slums of Mumbai.

New York plans to use $25 million in state funds to rent temporary homes for up to 1,250 asylum-seeking families who opt to leave New York City's crowded shelters.
Gov. Kathy Hochul and state lawmakers approved funding for voluntary relocations in the state budget adopted in May. It was part of a $1 billion allocation for housing and services for tens of thousands of asylum seekers who have been bused to New York City from the southern border over the last year.
