As an American, I was shocked when i went to Israel/Palestine. It's nothing like we've been taught, with all things pro-Israel. My husband and I were the only 2 tourists in Jericho that we saw. Gift shops with only their owners/employees in sight. It was downtight eerie. We couldn't even take our Israeli rental car across the border control to get in. A Palestinian taxi cab driver had to take us. Driving all over the country, after a few days it was quite evident where the Palestinians lived and the Israeli people lived. From our own personal experiences, we felt the Israelies are economically starving the Palestinians to death. To make matters worse, Trump moved the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. That in itself, has to be one of the biggest political blunders in modern day history. I still can't believe it. My brother-in-law is an Israeli Jew and was born in Jerusalem. We can't talk about this. But I know what I saw.
I wish America would mind it's own business. So many people and politicians run their mouth off about the current situation there, without ever stepping one foot outside the US.

Unfortunately welfare to complicitness with the Zionist state has for too long been the business of US politicians . There are many Zionists in our political system and a huge Zionist organization that finances politicians here who will work for and use our government and our taxpayer dollars for the benefit and sustenance of the state or Israel. @@julianholman7379 The "thinking part of Israeli society" certainly appears to have shrunk to a miniscule level. Children encouraged to sing 'friendship' songs about annihilating other children who live near them, widespread (95%) support for the current IDF genocidal onslaught, Shay Golden, a former Haaretz journalist now advocating ethnic cleansing, highest level Israeli politicians comfortable talking of biblical scale destruction of another people because it is acceptable to most of their citizens!
The rest of the world, outside of the West, regards Israeli society as abhorrent and deeply sick and twisted. The victims of the Holocaust now attempting to enact a new holocaust against a largely defenceless people. There is no justification and there is no defence. Israel has forever lost all moral legitimacy.

Israelis say they can't forgive what happened on 7 October 2023, but Palestinians suffer 7 Oct for decades !!
😢 Plan Dalet (also known as Plan D) was the blueprint used by the new Israeli army and its militia forerunner to expel indigenous Palestinians from their homeland during Israel's establishment in 1948.
History of Israeli war crimes towards Palestinian civilians and other nations since 1948:
      1) * Tantura Massacre, 200 deaths (1948).
      2) * Operation Dani (1948).
      3) * Operation Hiram (1948).
      4) * Operation Yoav (1948).
      5) * The Naqba - In 1948, over 1,000 Palestinians were killed, with 530 villages destroyed and 750,000 Palestinians displaced.
      6) * Saliha Massacre, 70 deaths (1948).
      7) * Deir Yassin Massacre, 112 deaths (1948).
      8) * The Lyda Massacre, 250 deaths (1948).
      9) * Abu Shusha Massacre, 70 deaths (1948).
      10) * Al Dawayima Massacre, 100 deaths, and 455 missing (1948).
      11) * Khan Younis Executions (1956).
      12) * Rafah Executions (1956).
      13) * Kafr Kassim Massacre (1956).
      14) * Al Arish Executions, 60 deaths of surrendered Egypitian soldiers (1967).
      15) * Ras Sedr Executions 52 deaths of surrendered Egypitian soldiers (1967).
      16) * USS Liberty, 34 deaths (1967).
      17) * Shatila Refugee Camp Massacre, 3500 deaths (1982).
      18) * 1st Intifada, 1,932 deaths, 53 were children (1987).
      19) * Temple Mount Killings, 21 deaths (1990).
      20) * 2nd Intifada, Jenin Refugee Camp, 500 deaths (2002).
      22) * 2nd Intifada Nablus (2002).
      22) * 2006 Lebanon War, 3,334 deaths, mostly Lebanese, Amnesty International, UN Officials, and Foreign Civilians (2006).
      23) * Gaza War (Opeartion cast lead) 2008 - 2009, 926 deaths.
      24) * Gaza War (operation protective edge), 2,310 civilian deaths, 2,251 UN HRC deaths (2014).
      25) * Israel Palestine Crisis, 256 deaths, 128 UN OHCHR deaths (2021).
      26) * Israel Hamas War, over 23,000 deaths and still counting (2023/24).
      27) * Israelis bombings in Lebanon (2023/24).
Listed above are only a few major crimes and do not include any remote incidents or assassinations of high profile figures since 1950 to 2020s.
Israelis/Zionists have been committing, horryfying crimes, oppression, atrocities, and genocides since 1948 and have killed thousands of innocent civilians/Palestinians, including children, babies, women, and elderly, with the support of USA, Britain, and EU.
Israel is the only country in the world that systematically prosecutes minors (Palestinian children) in military courts and accepts confessions obtained by coercion. Also, hundreds of Palestinian children remain detained, suffering in Israeli jails. Hundreds of Palestinian women and men were kidnapped and detained in Israeli jails, who are suffering from torture and inhumane treatment by Israelis/Zionists.
Illegal occupation by Israelis/Zionists is the root cause of the problem.
Jews have the right to exist, just not on a stolen land. They should go back to Europe/USA.

If more people would regard their religion as a reason to bring people together and respect each other, rather than an excuse for hatred and division, this world would be a better place for all human beings.

Religion has nothing to do with it. There's many people of Jewish and Islamic faith standing up for the goal of Palestinian and Jewish safety. Over the 20th century millions died over capitalism, and millions died over communism. People will find any superficial ideology to funnel their hate. Religion has nothing to do with hate and division, religion is just religion.

    • @RenghisKhan
      @RenghisKhan 11 месяцев назад

@@jmhorange So just as capitalism and communism, religion does have something to do with it. Those are often the tools used to funnel the hate and division of the leaders.
I may be an atheist but I have heard and seen spiritual and ideological leaders preach exactly like that. People aren't intrinsically malevolent, it takes time and repetition to make them scared of the outside world. Because people are easily fooled and want to be part of a group they are vulnerable to indoctrination. It takes a strong personality to not be affected by what your leaders try hard to imprint.
For example, Americans who have never lived abroad truly believe it is the land of the free, a democracy and that anyone can 'make it there'. Those that lived in western Europe for a while dont necessarily believe that mantra anymore.
Republicans think Democrats will destroy the US and Democrats think republicans will destroy the US. Apparently every American is scared the US will be destroyed and yet they are at each other's throats. Through ideology and religion leaders have that power. I applaud the people who let humanitarian vision rule their thoughts and actions, it is more than often not the hard road.

I am Greek and saying that my people have had a substantial impact to anything good about modern civilization is an understatement. However, this does not change the fact that today I ashamed to be a Greek. Cause actions speak louder than words could ever hope to. And Greece failed the test, like almost all western countries did.

It was obscene for me, watching a Shabbat service where the speech was given about the value of life and mercy and compassion, the Israeli hostages of Gaza were specified, while they completely ignored the Palestinian babies, children, women, fathers, elders and civilians that the Israelis kidnap, hold hostage, slaughter and abuse. I was absolutely repulsed. It became evident that we do not have the same values. It’s sad. I pray that Jews be delivered from Zionism.

Follow BDS (eg boycott McDonald's, Starbucks etc) but obviously as Simone is an example not all Americans support this genocide. So educate yourself about who SPECIFICALLY or what companies are enabling genocide. There's power in both supporting who is doing the right thing as well as not supporting those doing the wrong thing. For example read/watch the GreyZone and the Electronic Intifada. Don't read /watch US corporate media like CNN, MSNBC, NY Times, Washington Post etc

Here, I want to say that in my despair and desparation to do something about stopping the Palestinian genocide, what felt like a hatred was building inside me, for Jews, for Zionists, for Israel until I stopped and listened to his young Jewish woman and it was so healing, like a weight was lifted that was beginning to drown what was better in me. I am so grateful for this young woman and for this interview. When I saw it the very first time, I copied and pasted the link and had intended to share it over and over again because I thought it would do for others what it did for me, but every time I tried to repost, it said it was unavailable. Since I am quite illiterate in technology compared to the young, it could have been me. It was very frustrating to think something as good as this would be taken down because some other entity didn't want it to be known. But a friend helped me find it again and I am going to spread it as widely as I can. Thank you. She has a bright future if we can all prevent the WEF, WHO, the current western government and the hidden hands funding them from making us all slaves.
