Dude, that pani puri is called puchka, it is from Calcutta (now called Kolkata) we used to eat about 10 each when we were kids in Calcutta in the later 60’s. It is brave of you to venture alone and be so upbeat, nice video.

There is usually cabbage and onion in Vegetable momos in India. Sometimes we get paneer or mushroom momos as well. In darjeeling or in sikkim you will get Buff or Pork momos as well. Even in Delhi you will get varieties of momos.
not only Guwahati you have also tried momos from Streetside vendors in Darjeeling. in Nepal you ate momos in popular restaurant. not the best way to compare.

You should try Pork steam Big momo. Kind of Taipo. You can ask any Nepali local there or any vendor I think the place called Gompus or something like that Its in Near Taxi terminal(Stand).
