Ok, this pretty much killed my poor legs, but I must say I feel so good doing your workouts, during and after. More than that. I feel happy. I've already done workouts at the gym, those High Intensity ones but I really felt bored doing them. But I love working out with you. And I think that's the most important thing: being happy and feeling that way after. Even if I'm not a ballerina (still have no time or money for that) it doesn't matter. While I'm working out with your videos, I AM a ballerina and no one can say I'm not lol. Thank you so much!!!

I love all the choices you offer - I did a couple of others first for balance and beginning barre because I'm so horribly out of shape. You are so inspiring ! But motivation has to start from the inside!! Love your channel so much!!
You gave me Abs🎀 and when all my Journey ends I elongate my muscles with the Door . You are like my teacher when I was 3 and a half, younger but with the same discipline ......🩰
I’m a new subscriber (this week) and love your workouts. I’ve played sports my entire life and unfortunately have bulkier legs. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for to tone but not bulk them. I haven’t seen workouts as comprehensive as yours are towards that lean leg approach. Btw, this is my first ever comment I’ve made despite subscribing to various things. A testament to how much I appreciate this! Well done!

Love your routines! Just getting started with you because I purchased a barre and got bored with the videos that came with it. It’s the one workout I actually look forward to LOL! Can you do a full stretch routine using the barre?
This killed my legs, but I needed it. I have never been good with second position squats/grand plies as I have terrible turnout (despite dancing my entire life) and have a really difficult time keeping my back and head up. I feel like my butt gets in the way so I push forward. Not a deep lean, but not the posture I want. Anyway, I was not feeling motivated to workout even though I really wanted to. I started off with one of your easy dance flows to get me going and then moved on to this. I'm breathing more heavily than I had originally expected so I'm happy I chose this one.

I’m here for the movement and dancing, not “weight management,” which to me is mostly the same as dieting. Appreciate more colorful fruits and veggies but sad that this space is perpetuating the idea that women cannot be happy in their bodies as they are.
