Boston's 2022 Spanks lot vid is actually what got me back into DCI. It was in my youtube rec's in like December of '22 and I absolutely ate it up and learned the first few sections, my first piece of marching music in over 10 years! I've been dialed in to the scene ever since, especially thanks to y'all. Much love!
You guys should check out some fife and drum corps. The Old Guard, Middlesex County Volunteers, Connecticut Patriots, etc. There’s a lot of overlap between the DCI community and fife and drum.

From 12:40 to 12:57 of the video. I liked how the drum core line switched from match grip back to traditional grip.
Last year in 2023 Boston actually played Spanks with the Commandants Own Battery which was sick
love how both groups played troop march b
Sorry, I see this and all I can think about is what if we spent the $2 trillion budget for the F-35 on drum lines.
I’ll take that pay bump!
I have seen this before. It is awesome. Kinda surprised you havent seen it :)
I mean, we have seen it many videos of each. Just never had it our channel. Maybe didn’t articulate that very clearly. lol
I believe Spanks is late 90's or early 2000's SCV

USMC cadence kind of sounds like Jersey an old school cadence.
The head difference between 3/4 and the other drums is a tonal preference.
Cavaliers quad line did that in 2002 and probably other years too.
A comment for the code!

Top secret can do backsticking I’ll give them that
The met is just a suggestion lol
