I love this practice Candace . You are my hero. I have been practicing your yoga since last year and not only have I toned up and lost weight. I still have to lose around 7 kilogram but Im in no rush. So my hands kept slipping and I bought a yoga mat after 6 months of practice and even then it slipped so I finally used a beach towel over the yoga mat and I felt wonderful practicing today. I really liked this video - I determine what video I will do depending on time and what I feel my body needs on any given day. This was perfect today. I really loved that you remind us to set and intention and come back to it later on, but mostly the longer savasana than I can ever find after a video sequence.
