I would like to see downtown hotels, especially the El Cortez
I love the El Cortez. It has a bit of nostalgia and mystery that the other casinos downtown don't. Of course it's also somewhat sketchy...a bit like Casablanca. I think if Bogart and Bergman came walking out of a hallway the regulars wouldn't blink an eye.

This hotel looks great! I love Fremont St more than I do the strip. I’d definitely stay there the next time I go to Vegas. Just told one of my friends about it too who will be in town in a couple weeks. Thanks for sharing!! Breakfast food is always a good idea too lol 😂!

Its soo loud her recording picked it up quite a bit. I thought it was a car going by my house!! Ha! I like the room but the bass would be too much.

“Please, because I want to be nice”...words to live by 🥰. I’m always so super nice to the staff anywhere. They get all the slack and most of the shits not their fault. If you want to scream at a manager go ahead but don’t make the guys making $4/hr have to deal with it. If I start to feel myself getting ready to be testy I always say “I know this isn’t your fault so pass me on to whosever job it is for me to scream at “ 🤣🤣

Looks really great, and think once the prices settle down some, I'll try a stay there on a future trip.

Great video! Glad to see they finally got some sort of room service from Saginaws. We stayed there opening weekend and nothing was really ready. Happy to see they’ve even made a few changes in the room.

Yes, Golden Nugget and also the D and Downtown Grand. Thx so much for commenting on the noise. I was hoping you would. When we stay at Circa, I now know we'll need a room on the other side of the tower. I hope Circa adds some more food options. I think they need a 24 hour coffee shop type restaurant. We were told Saginaw's does all the room service. Circa is really nice though. I do hope the hotels bring back room service once all this craziness is over...and I mean real room service, the way it use to be...not bagged up like take out.
Come to LV 6 times a year no interest in staying downtown at all maybe visit for a night but its a dump down there sorry just my opinion. Recommend anyone new to Vegas stay at City Center properties on Strip . Great video as always you do a great job on all your posts know it must take alot of time but fantastic to watch.BTW never officially checkout just leave never been an issue in my 30 years traveling there or elsewhere

Gorgeous room. Good to know about the music. I have horrible travel anxiety and need really quite to sleep. We live in county so the only sounds are roosters and crickets probably why I can't sleep when I travel

I haven’t been to Vegas in years. I’m amazed at the difference in room quality you’ve shown me in your videos. I wouldn’t let my dogs sleep at Circus Circus but the room in this video looks quite nice.

Great video. I'm obsessed with Vegas, I think one HUGE thing you left out is Circa is its the only 21 and over casino/hotel in Vegas! Huge perk IMO! Also was sad you didn't show the famous "Vegas Vickie" Sign in your walk through that's located in the center of that casino. The owner of Circa saved the sign and had it restarted from Fremont street.
Would love to see the “cheapest room” at the Bellagio. Ive seen a lot of other Vloggers do it, but they always seem to upgrade. So your not seeing the basic room there. PS loving your series
It's nice and I'm gonna recommend it to my brothers because they're SO into sports. They're gonna love the idea of a pool and a giant screen.
Nice room! We stayed at The D when we were there for Las Rageous. It was nice for location but it was also loud because of the location lol. I do love Freemont street though. I would love to see Golden Nugget because I heard they were the only hotel with the dang resort fee.

I would love to see you cover Binions down on Fremont because no one ever covers that hotel and it has so much history with WSOP there .I’ve never stayed there but always have been curious to see if the rooms are nice or not.
Hi I stayed at Binions/apache Jan 2020 room is small but clean and not long refurbished, noisy to the early hours from Fremont, didn't worry me but my wife couldn't sleep, I would stay there again but I don't think my wife would. Binions is my favorite casino downtown.
I love breakfast, I would still enjoy your videos if that's all you ate. I'm not normally into downtown but these rooms are nice. Great tour!

I wish they would just tell people upfront how much it is to stay at the damn hotel. I also don't like the fact that they give you food in plastic containers with plastic utensils. Good video, Annette. Have a wonderful week.

I'm and old dude (but active and young of mind). The EDM music is awesome if I was at the pool, but if I was in my room on the 17th floor it was a background thump, thump from 10 to 10 that I found annoying. I'm game as anything, but I need to go to my room sometimes and recharge and I found it more challenging than other hotels.

Great video. Those elevators are becoming more common. And I don't think you really need to check out. I usually just leave. I'd love to see you check out the other Fremont hotels. I prefer Fremont over the Strip.
Circa is general is waaaaay too loud with the music. If your looking for a quieter relaxing experience? The Palazzo or The Wynn. That area around Circa is also dangerous, so if your on foot? Stay up by Palazzo/Wynn, much safer. Best, e.
I've never heard anyone complain about the *lack* of a mini bar 🤣 but I get it, considering your preference for solitude/convenience

Peace and quiet on Fremont Street, don't really go together; Expect reverie or go somewhere else. I'm a Denny's fan too and unless something is odd, expect good food for a decent price. But I'm not getting/understanding room service (pricey) for bag food (good margin) but why would you do it more than once (as you proved)? The room and furnishings were all new and in good shape, but not a lot of upselling potential (mini-bar, room service, etc..). The room had entertaining space but for what (no mini-bar)? Is the strategy to be boring/spartan and get you down to the Casino and Sportsbook? Not sure why a Casino on Fremont street would even concern itself with a Hotel at all then? Resorts World is a Casino also, but they had three different levels of hotels/service/margins to offer its guests. I'm more confused by Circa than before your evid.

I wish you would have went to Barry's steakhouse at the hotel instead of a chain restaraunt!!! I like Dennys but I can go there anywhere, I love your video's and so glad you are back to doing your vlog! I watch several Vegas video's before I go go since Vegas is always growing and changing and it helps me to have a bit of a plan although you never know what your cravings will be that day so I keep my options open. We stayed at the D in November before Circa had the hotel part open but since we were at a sister property we had full access to to the pools at Circa and it is an amazing complex. The escalator to get up to the pool has to be the tallest and steepest escalator I have ever seen! I am thinking that's where we are going to stay next time we go. I appreciate the fact it's locally owned and Derek Stevens is often seen out on the floor and is very social and down to earth out going and kind to everyone in his establishments, to me it makes a difference versus the big 3 brands on the strip(MGM, Ceasars, Sands) that don't have that personal touch or that ambitious drive to be a bigger part of the community and have that hands on touch to preserve the old as the build the new as you will find throughout the Circa resort. I'm so glad you stayed here and gave us a great room video and just the fact your back to doing your vlog, on your "stay-cation" video's!
A few of our friends stayed at Green Valley Ranch when they we out to see his parent's that live in Henderson and said that is their new hotel of choice when they go out to see family because of location and cleanliness. I'm not sure where it's at but they said its part of station casino's and was a sister property to Red Rock(another very nice far off strip resort)
Next time you stay on the strip I one hotel I an very curious about is the Cromwell. I have never seen the rooms and don't know anyone who has stayed there and I'm kinda curious about the rooms and amenities they have to offer. They prices seemed a bit high when I looked but being a local you will probably get a good discount.

I think Freemont out-Vegases the Strip in many ways (not to mention actually is IN Las Vegas, unlike the Strip). And you should see it both at day and at night. It doesn't have the grand scale of the Strip, or the themed casinos, but it has the lights, music, street entertainers, it's just a very neat place. In a way, the Strip feels very commercialized. Big casino conglomerates. Really all of it is owned by like three companies. Freemont tho is true Las Vegas. Authentic Las Vegas feel. At least gotta spend a couple hours walking around there.

It’s amazing that you highlighted Circa without putting their pool and sportsbook in the forefront. These are the top two reasons to go to Circa.
Pool and sportsbook aside, I also loved the room. I liked the fact that the room included a fridge and a whole lot of charging ports.

Thanks for this video. I love it and am actually very surprised at how nice a standard room at Circa is. If I could make a suggestion for future videos, I'd love if you could show us what channels these Las Vegas hotels have on their TVs. The reason I ask is that I love sports & am in my room a lot when traveling so I will likely only stay in hotels that have a great TV selection of channels. I've literally stayed in hotels that only have like 5 channels & won't do that again. Thanks!

Yes, it is a nice hotel but you were able to hear the sounds from outside. The hotel is not soundproof.

That's the way elevators SHOULD be. They can be FAR more efficient if it knows where you are going before you get in.

Stay one night on El Cortez. I saw the cheapest room is like 40 bucks + taxes and stuff but still the cheapest option.

In most casino hotels you can check out using the TV or just by leaving your key cards in the drop box by the elevator lobby. You never have to waste time standing in line again at the front desk.
Circa doesn't have that type of checkout
