Can be solved much much faster:((sqr(a)+sqr(-a))^2=12^2a+2sqr(a).sqrt(-a)-a=144a-a+2sqr(-a^2)=144sqr(ai^2)=72a=+/-72i
Why √(72)² = +/- 72, but we have always learned that √x² = |x|?
