You build your cabinets very similar to mine - box joints for the corners of the frames, then mortise and tenon joints near the corners to connect them together. It's the most optimal way!
You sure do elegant work Marius. You obviously take pride in what you build and your finished products always looks so nice. Thanks for sharing your projects.
Love your videos! Your delivery on the "wiring the ground off camera" was spot on, and caught me off guard! (maybe I shouldn't be drinking coffee while watching your videos...) I'm happy you can still find time to make a video once in a while. Thanks!
Marcus, another lovely, well-constructed video. Looking forward to even better ones with you new camera. One suggestion: if you include a shot from a really bizarre angle, leave it up for more than a couple of seconds, so that oldies like me can orientate themselves.
Marius in your video - Pantorouter Cart with Automatic Dust Collection - I got the impression that you find electrical work to be boring, I assure you Mr. Hornberger it is not, however I enjoy you videos immensely, please keep it up. Please accept this as a friendly message, from Robert M. Stiene.
Marius erst ab 40 darf man solchen Geräusche machen ....Outtackes 12:30.... eine echt super Kombination Fräse und Absaugung von mir ganz deutlich Daumen hoch
Nicely done. It seems as very useful combination of machines in one cart. I just don't understand why have you used master-slave electronics. It is just for stuff which are in different locations and you can't bring the control together easily. Here you can just have main switch from the STOP button and the magic switch for added feature will be in series with the router only. Blower will be connected to STOP switch directly. Or is the master-slave something more here?
Hi, nice job! I think that in this situation You don't need "master-slave" device - the same functionality can be made by only different wiring. So if in the future You will need to recovery the "master-slave" device, You can.
Nice video .. Wonder how this perform with bigger pieces of wood. I think the side "drill" on my SCM planer mashine is invincible. keep up the good work
Excellent video as always Marius. The cart turned out great. So the Pantorouter you used in the video is the same pantorouter and manufacturer linked in the description section? I will have to do some research to see what all can be done with a pantorouter to justify the cost. It seems that anything you could use a Festool domino for you could do the same thing with the pantorouter but the pantorouter doesn’t have the portability/convenience of the Festool domino machine.... Of coyote looks like you can do so much more with the pantorouter.
Super neat build. Do you know the risks of not using a master slave switch but just wiring the plugs on the same switch? Would be interested to know the advantages of such a circuit. Keep up the good work!
German Comment: Hallo. Trotzdem Eine Tolle Konstuktion. Mach Weiter so!
I really like the professionalism of this build, but I'm concerned that this way of hanging the vacuum is going to permit it to resonate more strongly, resulting in a significantly higher volume
Good Work Marius. Always enjoy your videos. Saw your new Kity from the corner of my eyes. I'm very interested how you did the build of that cart. I was planning to build a cart for mine, but didn't know how to mount the motor underneath the jointer since my motor currently is build behind the jointer, which requires too much space. Building it underneath would change the direction the jointer runs. Did you have that problem too? Did you cross the belt, or is your motor turning in the other direction as mine?
That's the next video. As the motor is three phase and the switch has a "phase changer" built in it was more than simple to make it run in the right direction.
You build your cabinets very similar to mine - box joints for the corners of the frames, then mortise and tenon joints near the corners to connect them together. It's the most optimal way!
Marius has built an elegant dust collection system -- perhaps inspired by you.
Yeah, I like how strong they come out this way. And no metal fasteners that can get loose over time.
Matthias Wandel I would love to see a video on your channel shouting Marius out, he really deserves it and I think some of his ideas are brilliant
Seriously - here's two people that must be on the Ark !
Matthias Wandel It is the most optimal way with a Pantorouter.
Dear Marius, Matthias Wandel will be proud of you.
They are probably inspired by each other
in woodworking books 100 years from now, this design will be there as the "Matthias Wandel-style cart"
You sure do elegant work Marius. You obviously take pride in what you build and your finished products always looks so nice. Thanks for sharing your projects.
I love that most/all the videos on this channel are about making things for the workshop as if the workshop exists solely to work on itself. lol
Love your videos! Your delivery on the "wiring the ground off camera" was spot on, and caught me off guard! (maybe I shouldn't be drinking coffee while watching your videos...)
I'm happy you can still find time to make a video once in a while. Thanks!
Matthias Wandel and Marius should do a collaborative project. The sky is the limit to what these two masterminds can create.
LOL... really liked the audio editing when you drive the screws. Very well done.

I love the cart for the pantorouter and the triangles you built
Nice build indeed. What I see of your shop, Marius, I'm not going to complain about my shop size anymore.
Cheers
Krasser Typ, kannst stolz auf deine Werkstatt und deine Leistung sein!
Very slick and cool editing while adding the screws. Thumbs up
It's interesting you have little stock material in your shop . You did good job nice build
Love what you did with the drill sounds. Wicked vid man
That is the nicest tool stand I have seen on RUclips!
OH NO MARIUS YOU MUST GROUND THE WOOD FRAME! THE WHOLE WORLD WILL EXPLODE FROM THE DUST
;)
And the PVC that he didn't use. That needs to be grounded too.
Very nice job and also very enjoyable video! I have watched most all of yours and very excellent work---both the woodworking and the video editing.

Marius, Another educational, intelligent, amusing video.
Bravo for the screw gun drumbeat!
0:19 i would not be surprised if the dust collector starts saying "exterminate"...
I like your sense of humor
Looks great. Many years of use to come!
I'm addicted to the Pantorouter.
Great build Marius, fantastic design. All the best, Jim
Very nicely done -- a total solution all in one cart.
i want a panta router now . nice work sir .
your videos just keep getting better! Thanks for sharing and kind regards from the Netherlands
Thanks for another great video! I really appreciate the self-contained vacuum system. And as always, excellent editing!
Marius erst ab 40 darf man solchen Geräusche machen ....Outtackes 12:30....

I love the efficient use of material!
like your videos a lot. you can get so much done in such a small space. well done.
You are a skilled young man! I really do like your videos.
Damned excellent mobile base Marius, I also really enjoyed the power tool beat boxing! Great project.
Thanks!
Congratulations on breaking through the 100K subscriber mark. You so deserve the subscribers. You are exceptionally bright and talented.
Just a suggestion about your pretty little white on and off switch, paint the on side green and the off side RED, hmmmmmmm!
hab die Rollen schon eine ganze Weile auf dem großen Anrichttisch im Einsatz und liebe die Einrastfunktion :)
brilliant engineering and humour too, thank you.
Good to see you have over 100k subs now, you earned them : )

yeah that's right, here it have been done without a master slave switch. But a viewer wanted to send me one for this project, so why not.
Marius Hornberger you could have Use it for the dustcollection
from the cnc.
nice work Marius
Hi Marius! Nice build and thank you for the Link in the Video description 👍
Gerne doch!
You know your comment section too well.
Glad to hear you got that ground installed. ;D
Obi Wan has taught you well!
What a great cart with awesome joints!
Thanks!
DUDE.. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTHS -.-
YAY!
Oh no, what have you been waiting for?
I see you're picking up some canadian humour...
for new video :D
I like the Go PRO shots!
I'm thinking that cart will survive a bomb!! Great build.
I think you should add start and stop buttons. Just for safety... and ground the wood!
Oh god finally a new video,I have been waiting for so long
I'm sorry that I have a life outside of making videos
I forgive you,its just that your videos are so good
Hay una vida afuera de youtube?
oooh plz keep those videos coming in
Very beautiful job done, thank you for sharing your amazing video
Très belle vidéo , le seul problème est que je ne comprends pas l'anglais. Je pense que je vais retourner à l'école. Bravo à toi, je m'abonne.
That drilling part ! :)

Nicely done, I think it is brilliant!
Such satisfying video. Great job!

Sehr gutes Video! Inhaltlich sowie Machart des Videos!

Excellent video as always Marius. The cart turned out great.

Another great video, love your channel.
So you have a new planer/jointer? Like to hear about it.
"off camera, wink".... yeah, that should satisfy the trolls! ;-)
You're running out of shop space!
R E S P E K T! Was anders kann ich dazu nicht sagen.

Is there going to be a video on your new planer/jointer?
Nice work as usual
super Video und super gebaut
It was a good unit!
Hahaha man, I love your projects and I definitely love your video edition skills!!!
excelente video amigo, felicitaciones
Did you get a new jointer/planer (the red/black one). Great video.
Our voices appear to be similar enough for you to prompt my phone by saying "ok".... had me worried until i figured out what was happening.
Very nice work!!
Very well done.
Is there going to be a vid about the jointer stand?
you are such a cool dude. lol watched every single one of your videos. Lol do you build custom stuff?
Thanks and no, I only build for myself
Upload more videos. Thumbs up!!
Super neat build. Do you know the risks of not using a master slave switch but just wiring the plugs on the same switch? Would be interested to know the advantages of such a circuit. Keep up the good work!
I don't know if there are any risks. Could have been done without a master slave switch.
Fair enough! I like your way though, classy, and always interesting to see how it's done.
Why spend the extra money on a Go Pro when a Faux Pro will do? 😀 Excellent work, as always.
7:18 the Germans has always been originals to electronic music

Damit Meine ich das, wenn man den Knopf Betätigt, man sofort den Strom Abstellt.
What kind of thickness/planing planer do you use?
Hi Marius ! Great video as always.
In your opinion what is the best way to make finger joints ? Pantorouter or a jig for the table saw ?
table saw, it's faster, has more capacity and more possibilities.
Hut ab Marius!
hahaha winkwink to the safety people, great video ..as usual ofcourse
Great job. As usual.
You makes a really good Job!
Nice work
I really like the professionalism of this build, but I'm concerned that this way of hanging the vacuum is going to permit it to resonate more strongly, resulting in a significantly higher volume
7:16 you made your drill rap? nice :D
Another fantastic video. :)
New jointer?
