When U.S. Open Champ Wyndham Clark challenges you to break 100 at Pinehurst No. 2, you take that challenge! In this video we'll be taking on the famous Donald Ross design at Pinehurst to see if a couple of regular golfers can actually shoot a good score at this notoriously hard golf course. The truth is, Pinehurst No. 2 is not only one of the best golf courses in the entire world, it's also one of the most difficult. With greens that are incredibly difficult to hold, and challenging native areas (loaded with wire grass plants) lining the fairways, Pinehurst No. 2 will challenge every aspect of your golf game.

That is sooooo Awesome...Great play by both of you! Loved the fact yhat you commented on how it sorta feels playing with the grandstands up...giving that special feeling of playing inside the ropes...musta been real cool! Great vid...Always love the content...keep up the Great Golf! 🎉 😅 ❤
Another great video guys! Beautiful course, looking forward to the Open! Hope to see you in Pittsburgh next year!
We’re looking forward to that too.
Great rounds, been a minute since I’ve watched. Nothing against the boys just recovery mode. Watching golf hurts when you cannot play. That said, thanks for sharing boys. Wish I could join you coming up here but thanks for sharing this experience
Such a tough course man
Question for you, Mike. Have you ever beaten Frank before? Just curious. Another great video, paisans! BTW, if you guys come back down, you have to play Pine Needles and or Mid Pines
I think I shot 2 strokes better than him in the last video. Pinehurst 10. Sometimes I do! - Cheers

Was rooting for that eagle!!
I wanted it Gary! - M

90 is good from those tees. Imagine going back 60 yards or more. 230 yard par 3 is unfair.
Yeah…we’ll leave that for the pros 😆😆
Hey thanks, and yes you're right. It would have been way worse. But anyway you stretch it or shrink it, it doesn't change the difficulty of the green complexes.
Smoothe 5 iron
230 par 3 is not unfair for the skilled golfer play them all the time. They are dicey and challenging sure but that’s what good golfers want a challenge
What an experience. What's your handicap?
10.5 down from 11.2 after last adjustment! The 85 on Pinehurst 10 helped
@@Golficity That's awesome. I am so jealous. How did you even get that chance? lol
Our local town course has a 230 yard par 3. Worst hole in golf.
For recreational golfers it's a par 4
Wyndham seems like a great guy!
It was awesome meeting him. He took the time to stop and answer everyone's questions. Definitely rooting for him to play well this week!
I'm guessing that Wyndham's estimate of 95-100 for a 10-handicap was based on playing the back (US Open) tees at 76.5/138 (7588 yards) but it looks like you played 2 tees up on the whites which is 70.6/126 (6307 yards). Still, it's far from an easy course, especially if you haven't played it before.
Agree. Yes they moved us up for the media day but I’m sure 100-105 would have been in the cards from the tips.
I think your playing about 120-150 yrds short on each hole compared to the open course 🤷🏻♂️
Oh, we’re definitely shortening the course with the tees we’re playing from.
But it honestly doesn’t matter - you could probably start in the middle of the fairway and still struggle. It’s all about the greens and navigating the tough green complexes
It was an 11 on the par 4 8th. Terrible fact checking as usual….🙄
Stop putting your weight so forward on your green side bunker shots. Keep weight 50/50 so you don’t de-loft your wedge. You want as much loft as you can get out of them, so you are just handicapping yourself with leaning forward.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You guy could learn from the many other golf youtube channels. Y'all are dead boring
I dont like ur new veido styles u need to mix it up
The production is sick- you are buggin out Gary
