In this video we'll take you through a golf course so incredible it's hard to believe it's located in the middle of New York City! We're also have our friends from the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA) playing with us and helping answer questions about golf's unique handicap system. Oh, and did we mention we have Gregg 'Gio' Giannotti from the Boomer and Gio joining us as well? Needless to say, this is a fun one!
Have you played or are you planning to play Bally's Golf Links at Ferry Point? If so, let us know about it in the comments! - Спорт
Such a cool shoutout at the beginning. Golficity to the moon.
🙏
I golfed in the solar eclipse this year with glowballs. Filmed and is my channel's home video. Take a look, you remember the name. PARfessor, NJ based for now
I was there the day you guys filmed, been waiting for the vid to drop
👊🏼
One of the hardest courses I’ve played. Greens are like ice, fescue is crazy and the bunkers are placed in the perfect spots to make you second guess your drives
Beautiful!
I drove by this course earlier this year and it looks amazing. I can't imaging playing there.
That course looks sick! That area of the US has such great courses.
I live near Mike n Frank. Golf in NJ and NY area is indeed fantastic. My gripe is the availability of tee times, or rather lack thereof. But if your Hawk the sites you can get out and I still feel it’s a worthy pursuit.
Cool to see what Crowell looks like. Had only heard his voice before
well damn, it's expensive
Man that place looks tough but beautiful.
You guys scored Gio?!? Oh man, that’s awesome
great guy!
Damn little Pricey for Non Resident and cart not included...Wow
There is no rescue from the fescue.
Gioooo
Would be nice to play if it wasn’t $300+ per round…
when is he ever not selfish?
Best kept secret?
Did Trump sell the course because last year his name was on it? Either way it is a great course.
Yeah he sold it to Ballys, I think he had some legal troubles and is starting to liquidate.
@@nelsonapontejr.6793 It had to do with NY libtard politics and the fact that he had a giant Trump sign facing the Whitestone Bridge. Bally's Golf Links just cheapens the name and sounds terrible.
Trump did a nice job building that course. I've played it several times and it's legit...
Oh yeah, I bet he was out there every day building that course using his blood sweat and tears..
@@crippledlegendx6695 No. But he got the job done. For 20 years, politicians tried and failed to get a golf course developed on that former landfill site. Finally, Trump entered a partnership with the city, hired Jack Nicholas to design it, and got the job done in a couple of years. Everyone was happy. Then Trump became president, and some New Yorkers didn't like the course anymore. So they ended the deal with Trump and now it's owned by another company. It's a great course, but the rates are a bit high - something like $250 a round.
Will always be Trump Ferry Point.
Will always be Trump Taj Mahal
Was better when Trump owned it
Absolutely
I haven’t noticed a decreased quality they still do a great job
@@Doggydoc it’s the principle that a dump casino owns it
