How big is the house?
The size of the house is 22m X 28m
But so far u havent spent even more than 500k. I think its reasonable the amount u have already spent.
Guys if we compare to the prices we pay for a full standing house.. this is still reasonable.

Its a wrong myth because the double story its like building two houses, because the 1st floor slab its almost the same as the roof cost and on top of that you still need to build upper 1st floor wall and still need to roof.. but thats also depend on the size of the house you building
