Un maestro!!!!! Arma los motores con las manos limpias!!!!! Ese torcometro digital es un lujo. Algunas herramientas que usa son pinzas quirúrgicas. Se le ve la uña negra que se machucó en otro vídeo. Es un placer ver cómo arma y repara esos motores. Creo que ya vi tantos videos de este muchacho que puedo armar uno de esos motores con los ojos cerrados. Hasta los perros están limpios!!!! Ja

Subi performance what were you putting in between the timing belt guides when installing? The black strip you removed? Also do you know the part # for the small gasket on the right side inner timing cover ? Looks kind of like a diamond it can be seen at 16:23 mark in your video right before you hold the poochie! Lol thanks love you guys work.

Подскажите, что за смазки используете? Розовую(красную) и светло-зелёную наносите на постели распредвалов, коленвала и стенки цилиндров. Серую используете для резьбы шпилек, свечей зажигания и т.д. И ещё одну зелёную используете для резьб винтов.

What oil and grease do you use on the threads?
Very precise in your methods , your passion drives your perfection, I really like it :)
Big fan of your videos! One thing that I always see though is fasteners being over-torqued. I've seen your SnapOn TechAngle torque wrench light up red after a fastener is tightened. For example, 6:17, 8:40, 8:43, 8:45, etc. in this video.
thats called feeling...after a million of screws i feel exactly when the screw have the correct stretch. Not the torque is important because you have different friction .
Much more production speed with the impact gun followed by the torque wrench. Watching other videos it looks sloppy compared to the other stage builds. but I know it’s right!!!

Valve clearance is to be checked and adjusted with the heads bolted to the block.
Sir if i may ask... 90% of subaru/honda engine rebuild they just tighten all the head stud using hand power only... Does it have own torque or just need hand tighten only?

What is the green liquid you put on the buckets, cam journals, and cam seals? Is it assembly lube? And what about the grey stuff, gasket maker?
20:52 The brackets that follow the timing belt, are they there as a safety system for if/when an idler bearing comes apart the belt can't jump too many teeth before it comes to a stop?

А сколько ты ставишь зазоры для впускных клапанов и выпускных клапанов? Я перебираю у себя двигатель EJ204, и у меня зазоры на впускных клапанах получаются 0,20 - 0,21, зазоры на выпускных 0,33 - 037
А в мануале сколько написано?
