I would like to see this as well. The difference between bows scoring >90 but differing price points. Why spend $700 vs $300? is it performance, durability or name?
2023 has been a year when my archery had to take a back seat unfortunately. But I hope to bring my practice back to the centre where it belongs and this would make a lovely addition. Thank you, Armin, for still being here. 🙏
i get 206fps out my 56lbs tartar 28" at my draw i get about 75lbs have no idea the speed at that draw but i feel like its much faster, its a fibre laminate. im getting a hybrid horn and fibre next. i find it incredible the speeds we get from more modern mats
Szia! 🙂 Thank you for pushing the production so we could get our review this soon, haha! Really really nice bow and cool looks, thank you for making such awesome bows for us! 👍 Wishing all the best for the New Year! BUÉK!
Armin, I wish you a Happy New Year. I started creating already 😉 with every arrow I shoot and also those I don’t shoot. Looking forward to seeing you again in Belgium this year.
Frohes neues Jahr! It‘s a very beautiful Raider for sure! And it’s great, that you can check the max draw length just by pulling! 😅💪🐵 The winner of this beauty will be very happy! Thank you so much for the first review of the year, dear Armin! ☺️🙏🙏
What an absolutely gorgeous bow! Thank you for these videos Armin!! Nothing is better than waking up to a new video from you and having a cup of coffee on a cold, dark, snowy morning! Love the videos!!!
I`m looking for a new bow to try to imitate Mihai with. Just got his flying quiver in the mail, and it really works. And the poundage of this bow would be perfect.
Mine is just pure joy. On the weekend I was in a international competition and we had people from Japan - their face when they tried it and see how fast it is - priceless :D ( this is the only "downside" of the bow for me - after it every other bow I own feel slow - all Tatar style :D )
There should be a term for reviews like optimal draw which is draw length before bow stacks. If the bow can draw 34 inches it may not mean it is comfortable to draw that far back.
Some bowyers show recommended or optimal draw length in addition to max draw length. Simsek and Vegh bows come to mind... Everyone should have recommended draw / arrow weight as well as max draw and minimum arrow weight...
it is rather important, I eyeball it though. With some bow builders I am confident that they set the string length according to the required brace height
Is it just me or is that bow noisier on the draw than it is on the shoot... as far as I can tell the first sound you hear on release is the arrow hitting the target.
Okayyy so this is my new grail bow... I was VERY dissappinted my simsek kagan broke a string and then teisted a limb in under 1200 arrows... Should not happen based on their robust claims and price
You make amazing videos, but I can not believe with just over a 1000 views only 129 of us have pressed that like button, come on archers use that thumb 👍
Your presentations are always perfect, and now I see the rating too. Though I understand the concept how you present it, but I wish it would take a bit more time on screen. Iike that it’s not easy to find it and pause the video to analyze it. ... did you already order your Wedge club? Otherwise as I am already subscribed, if I click again, I would just unsubscribe😮...😉
Yeah I might put the rating sheet at the end or something, not in between. And yes wedge club and Karli are already here, but the weather is unfortunate for it :)
Would love to see a tatar comparison video (raptor, raider, alibow, grozer, afarchery, szimeister)
I second this!
My next bow will likely be a Tatar and a comparison would help ;)

Korean warbow is tartar bow too.
Totally agree with this suggestion, but why not just for full comparison add in a cheapest list the top archery takedown tatar 😊🏹
Yes! - add Daylite to that. And Konkin.
Holy cow, this Raider is gorgeous. Thank you for offering a Patreon program and producing great content, Armin. Happy New Year! 🥳👍🏹

Thank you for sharing your endevers, journey, and exeriance.
Ay yi yi that's pretty, the color of that wood and the handle, perfecto. Now I'd go in and have a little bit of that Christmas whiskey.
Thanks Armin!
Love having that longer draw capability! A pretty bow...and a performer!
Thank you for sharing another fine review!
🏹🎯🏆
the only channel that i turn on the notification ring. so addictive

Rob builds gorgeous bows! His Raider looks very authentic! Performs well. Thank you for another great review as usual my friend!
Gorgeous Bow. Happy new year Armin 🏹🎯
very nice bow and great review as always Armin
That is a very nice looking bow. For me I was surprised of the speed. Thank you for the review
Thank you for the excellent review (as usual), such an awesome bow! I like the color matching on this one, looks just perfect!
Happy New Year Armin. Another great bow, very authentic shape and a superb shooter.

Thank you so much for the first review of the year, dear Armin! ☺️🙏🙏
If you pull the bow past max draw, then you can weaken the bow...
One of my dream bows! Great video!
Great video Armin ! :) That bow looks amazing ! A really art piece :)

thank you
@@ArminHirmer you are the absolute man brother!
Yes Armin, I can also confirm that the bows from Paragon are among the absolute best that money can buy! Kindest Regards, Supersonic :)
A fantastic looking bow.
Great looking bow
thank you

I WANT ONE!!!
Love it, mine should be ready soon (ordered it mrsch of last year )

Hi! What do u prefer, Laminated bows or horn bows?
laminated for the price and ease of use, horn is nice of course but expensive and more maintenance needed
Great review.
Tatar Bows just Fang!

Awesome
I'd just like to ask you to keep the final values graph a bit longer so it's easier to find when coming back to the video. Thanks!
ok boss
I really appreciate it🙏
Question I notice you dont measure brace height. How important is that on how the bow will shoot?
it is rather important, I eyeball it though. With some bow builders I am confident that they set the string length according to the required brace height

Nice 👍

Very nice curves,, looks so solid!
😉
You make amazing videos, but I can not believe with just over a 1000 views only 129 of us have pressed that like button, come on archers use that thumb 👍
yeah its like that and thank you. Only maybe 20% of my watchers clicked the subscribe button, even if it costs nothing but would help the algorithm
What a bow! Curves are similar to a hornbow. Exquisite but sadly too expensive for me. Damn Brexit
😎👌
So what's different about the Raider in 2024 - compared to when it was first reviewed 4 years ago? I see that this is your 3rd "review" of the Raider
as mentioned in the video, my patrons voted for it.
It is an identical bow to the bow was released in 2018. Nothing changed in the design in the past 5-6 years. Hope this helps
It's expensive lol and a sweet bow. Btw I sent message on Paragon website . I just need the options to get identical bow of the video I linked ..

@@ArminHirmer Indeed, spring will be ideal! 🙂 Can’t wait to see your video about it!
The background is a bit messy , you deserve better .
so good that the back ground does not matter
Done with Paragon bows. These guys won;t honor the warranty.
I never had any issues
@@ArminHirmer I have
Sic Armi onto Them, He'll sort it out.
Greg, could you please elaborate?
