90 days done. Went monk mode for the first 60 which was horrible. Ups, downs, nausea, giant mood swings, anxiety, no motivation, everything Bob talks about. Flatline during that whole first 60 days and off and on afterwards. Couldn't stop worrying about it but thanks to these videos and building a work out routine I was able to see the light after day 60. MW started to come back off and on and as of now it seems to be completely back. Thank you Bob. Everything is so much better and I will never go back not just because it's not worth it but also because I never want to go through those first 60 again! Stay strong, curate your feeds and follow Bob's advice. It will seem hopeless but I assure you it will be better.

Yes I'm on 60+ and experience all you mentioned mood swings no mw and a terrible flat line I hope it's qet better soon some times I think my my toll wont work anymore but Will keep going like you did your comment is definitely a boost to me wish you well!

60+ days i realized it's going to be a long process to achieve all my goals, but no fap is definitely helping me feel stronger day by day,this channel have become so helpful in my journey 🎉

I know now, that I relapsed the first time at around 120 day, as I did not know, how to channel new found energy in something other than sexual arousal. Thanks to You, Bob I learnt that its the opposite - sexual energy can be transferred into any other energy and the sooner we learn how to use it to secure life goals, the better. Kudos !
Currently on day 25... It feels good to know that after a string of relapses usually around days 6-10...I have finally manged to achieve this feat...make no mistake though cos I still have a long way to go on this nofap journey... but things like intermittent fasting, more hours of sleep, more regular exercise and greater interest in low dopamine activities are clearly becoming more regular in my daily routine... Just like you said days 6-10 were the hardest part...but thankfully I escaped that period and went through a long flatline... there was a second period of urges as well but it seems like the worst is behind me... I am however practicing constant vigilance cos a trigger can easily surprise you even on days where you feel like you can walk on water
No, it just has to be shareable, like almost in story fomate, or at list some kind of list of benefits and also where the person's coming from before he started. I.e. what were his problems and how did rebooting help. That way it can be made into a video.
I did nofap for 17 days and relapsed 2 days ago, it seems my flatline started from day 5 until day 17 that I relapsed because i felt very lazy and unmotivated... please is that normal? Secondly, I'm on day 1 today wish me luck

I am going on a no fap journey but I relapsed many times in between of my journey and starting again so am I growing or not? 😢
