i went in Lugano on August 2012 and December-January 2012-2013. It is an AMAZING place! Really beautiful in summer and winter as well! The people is very nice and the city and the lake are just.. wow! I really recommend this city!

I went in a camping over there in August 2012. It's wonderful! There are a lot of things to do, the food is sooo good and there are nice people. It was sunny all the week and it looks like nobody is stressed. I love it! I asked myself if I could live there but I need to learn italian haha. It's a very beautiful place, same to Locarno!!
The Lugano Tourism office has done a fantastic job with this series of videos. Lugano is exquisitely beautiful and to film it in this manner suits it wonderfully. I love the music in all of the videos. This one reminds me of Burt Bacharach. It is called "Love for Life" from the album "Creations In Sound"

I've been searching for the perfect place to live for me in europe. I have quite a high demand for quality so if you don't mind, could you answer my question seen that you have experience. I'm looking for kind people who treat each other with respect living at the water and not a stressed lifestyle. I know it's stereotyping but there are definitely differences country to country. What are your observations regarding the mentioned points?
