Started on Christmas Day Dec 25th..I can feel my glutes getting sore but it is good pain that tells me it’s working. Ivana you are great! Also may I ask where you got your white top it is cute 🥰
I loved it Ivana! I did struggle with the transition to the "wide" from the "frog bridge" and other than that I felt a really nice burn feeling in my hips and booty so that was amazing! Thank you Ivana and Merry Christmas if you celebrate. :)
