A great guide to dismantling and fixing. Unfortunately usually whenever I try do these repairs things end up in bits with a few spare bits left over ! You remained very calm with much less strong swear words than the ones I use whilst attempting. A good tutorial thanks. Ps a dedicated head mounted camera might make filming easier for you but tbh you did very well 👍👍👍
Excellent, this helped a lot to fix my Kia Ceed 2011's wiper contacts too (identical to your Soul counterpart). One of the copper contactors was broken in half 🤕. Tinned few millimeters extension to the cut contactor and - Voilà works like new now 😀! Great helpful video 🤘🙂👍
Eagle eye you!!! I never noticed untill know. I did put those contacts the other way. I mot'd that car later, i didnt notice anything not working. I motd again since, still noticed no problem. I actually know the owner, ill test the full stalk next time i meet him, and let you know if something is off. Thanks for that.
Did it and it didn't help. It was worth a try. Now my rear washers won't turn off. Also. You put that piece back into the works in the wrong place. This from watching the video?
Shame it didnt work. It did the trick for me. And if i put something in the wrong place, it still didnt seem to hurt it, as it was all working ok. Good luck.

Sweet mine just died after working intermediately, can't wait to give this a try.
Good luck
Any luck?
@@Kinyinunfortunately it didn't seem to work for me. The good thing is it's pretty easy to do and find out if it works.
I'm curious as to how it worked when the contacts that fell out were put back in wrong???

How did you know it wasn't the washer pump?
Its very simple. You can hear the pump working. This was not completely frozen, it would work intermitently.
