Thank you so much for your video, really appreciated. I have a problem: In my Kia soul 2012, same as this one the pump is working because I hear it. I disconnected the hose going to the sprinkle and it doesn't come out any water. It could be the Pump or like other says there is a screen at the washer motor intake that gets junked up.? Thank you for any reply. At least your video shows me what to remove. The sprinkle is not spreading or shooting any water. I heard the pump. I thought was lack of water that the reservoir was empty, so I add, and it flood, that mean it has full of water.

Hello, sounds like your motor is working fine, please check for any washer fluid leak after turning washer on, if no leak found check the round screen, @5:30 of this video the screen is located in my thumb, this motor doesn’t have it but you should have round screen in there.

Did you clear the lines with compressed air? I've heard there's a screen at the washer motor intake that gets gunked up, and sometimes the lines will clog. I have a 2011 that's had this issue for 5 years. Just keep a water bottle in the car and poor it thru the moon roof :P

@@WrenchingRyan In my 2010 Soul, the rubber house broke at the bend in the hood. It leaked all over the place when I switched the washer on. If it had a crack at the rubber bend, I would have also thought the reservoir is leaking.
