It’s a nice pen for sure, but overpriced (at 150 USD that I paid 2 years ago) since it’s a little too ‘plasticky’.. Recently released Pastel Blue is priced at 232 USD which I think it doesn’t deserve. Also, my stock steel Fine nib writes more like a ‘Medium-Broad’ !
Yeah, at those prices you do have a few other options from other brands that come with a gold nib as well. I think that at the price point I was lucky to get it at, is worth it.
Perfectly understandable, nothing weird about it. The only time I like gold is as a nib on a fountain pen - not crazy about jewellery either. Thanks! 👍😊
Interesting, thank you!
Welcome!
Its a gorgeous color. You said it best, "a little gem." I have the brown marbled. Unfortunately, NOT with this nib!
Thank you!
The brown marbled is a nice one as well!
I would like to own a Pelikan one day, a Miata on the other hand! I think I'll pass for now LOL. Great review.
One day...maybe both... why not!? 😊😄
@@eugenborcan Never say Never. :)
Very nice video! I am a big fan of Pelikan. What paper are you using for this video?
Thank you!
I am using DeSerres Mix Media by Fabriano / 160gsm / 5.5 x 8.5 - in the description.

The asthetic of the pen isn't for me but I enjoyed the drawing. I have an aversion to gold but I'm not sure why. People are weird. Lol.
