@@lennard5393 First, thank you for your comment; I just want to add, all good things come with sacrifice and some of them change you as a person. Doing shadow work is not only spiritual, is something all human being could have done, reason for that is because is better for you to know your shadow and do what's necessary, before the shadow express itself when you would never wanted to express. See what I mean?
