    Anyone struggling with OCD thoughts
I want to add something from my side also, - This is the advice and if anyone go with it, you can heal your OCD atleast 80% from it
    So, here we go
Don’t do rituals or any thing that your mind says- I know your are feeling guilty or very bad about the thought and you are blaming yourself but here is the victory - If you don’t obey your mind and you don’t do any rituals, your OCD cycle get on the declining phase and you already healed 50% of this thing
    2. I know it’s hard for you as it pushes your anxious level to over the top but here is the deal you are making to yourself to better yourself - your mind don’t runs you, you runs your mind - just stay to it.
    3. You are not bad if you don’t obey your mind - here is the teaching from the god- your mind wants you to go on the path that it wants but if you tell your mind that No, Never I will do what I want and starts doing your thing then you are on the God’s path. ( do good for you and ultimately you are doing good for the universe).
    4. 20 % - Stick to it no matter what.
    5. Guys, OCD is obeying what mind says but the reality is this life can only be lived with the good thoughts which comes from within you so only go with that flow.
    Start it.
    Thanks

Hello! I hope you are doing better.
I'm sorry, but I'm not a professional, so I'm not able to guide you.
You can check resources related to OCD at the international OCD foundation's website: iocdf.org
You can also look for online therapy, and they can help you in that way.
A professional can help you and guide you, and can teach you how to deal with OCD and give you strategies to ignore these thoughts, so that you can get better.
And it's always important for you to also tell the people around you what is happening to you, so that they can help you and understand you. To some people it might be difficult to understand it at first, but if you explain it to them, with available information or a professional diagnosis, they can help you and support you, and also help you have professional help.
Having OCD doesn't make you a crazy person, it's just something that some people have, but that they need treatment to overcome it.
And remember, OCD thoughts are never part of reality, they are just false dangers that are never part of reality. The key to beat these thoughts is to ignore them, and know that when an OCD thought appears, it's just about a lie, that doesn't have any effect on reality.
I hope you are feeling better, I wish you the best and take care! :)

What I meant, is that this condition, unfortunately, doesn't have a cure. But you can learn how to deal with it, confront it and ignore it, and this way, it will start going away to the point that it will stop bothering you.
But the most important thing is to ask the people around for support and see a professional specialist!

Hi! I hope you are doing better.
The most important thing is to ask the people around you for support and to see a professional psychologist/psyquietrist that specializes in OCD. A specialist can help you and guide you, so that you can get better and can learn to deal with these thoughts. They can give you strategies and methods to keep dealing with these thoughts, and so you can start feeling better!
All OCD thoughts are just false dangers that try to deceive you, and they never have any impact on reality. The important thing is to keep ignoring these thoughts, so that they start appearing less and less often and that so you can get better!
You can check out more stuff at the video description, and you can check out resources related to OCD at the international OCD foundation's website: iocdf.org
