I hope you are doing better! The most important thing is to ask the people around you for support and to see a professional psychologist/psyquietrist that specializes in OCD. They can help you, guide you and give you tools to be able to deal with these thoughts. When a thought appears that gives you a lot of anxiety with a strong sense of urgency, it is OCD, and the way to beat it is to ignore these thoughts, and then they will start appearing less and less often. And everything that OCD tells you is false, and it never has any power over reality. You can check out more stuff related to OCD at the video description, and you check for OCD resources at the international OCD foundation's website: iocdf.org Or at their instagram: @iocdf instagram.com/iocdf/?hl=en Take care and I wish you the best! :)

If it was that easy not to do the compulsions... I feel like I'll never recover. I know what the OCD tells me is not true and my thoughts can't change anything, but at the moment it's still impossible for me... But I believe that one day I will be able to stop doing it. Thank you for sharing this video it helps me to see that I am not alone. God bless you.

I tried all the ways to calm .. he couldn't eat even properly.. and doctors said that is genetical.. I couldn't help him ,I soon became a burden for him ,as I don't have a job I couldn't support him and he lost his job .for better or worse ,I was emotionally drained,I had no support to keep myself stable.i quit that relationship atleast he ll be okay with his parents where I'm failed to serve him ..

Can someone help me with one weird compulsion, actually I'm 18 and as a student. The thing is, whenever I'm writing or even typing on my phone the number "zero ( 0 )" , my brain shows me images of my familiars and GOD and this makes me anxious that something wrong may happen to the ones my brain showed earlier. Therefore, I just cut it or erase it (and retype it if I'm on the phone) and then rewrite it again and again, and this continues for several minutes, therefore what I do is I try to imagine myself and then write the number (zero) and then move ahead. It happens every single time. And I'm dealing with headaches 24X7 due to this. (Obviously I've hundreds of compulsions but this is the most intense one) please suggest me what should I do?

I hope you are doing better. I'm not a professional, but what I can tell you, is that OCD never has any power over reality and just tries to trick you with lies. It just gives you false dangers to scare you and deceive you, but these are just thoughts, they have no power over you or reality. The way to beat them is to just ignore them, and continue doing what you were doing. It's really difficult, because once you do it, the anxiety will start to rise, but once you realize nothing bad actually happens, the anxiety will start to fade and you will start feeling much better. This is the way to beat OCD! The most important thing is to ask the people around you for support and to see a professional psychologist/psyquietrist that specializes in OCD. It is one of the most classic compulsions. Your brain made a connection between these thoughts and an event (0). Because you engage the brain tells you that there is a real danger. You have to do it many times in order to neutrilize the thought or to fell just right. Don't do that again or your brain will tell you that this is important. And the most important: Jesus is the Truth and He knows your truth. These thoughts are not your truth. Stay close to Jesus and make a pray every day. He will help you. Be sure of that.

Anyone struggling with OCD thoughts I want to add something from my side also, - This is the advice and if anyone go with it, you can heal your OCD atleast 80% from it So, here we go Don’t do rituals or any thing that your mind says- I know your are feeling guilty or very bad about the thought and you are blaming yourself but here is the victory - If you don’t obey your mind and you don’t do any rituals, your OCD cycle get on the declining phase and you already healed 50% of this thing 2. I know it’s hard for you as it pushes your anxious level to over the top but here is the deal you are making to yourself to better yourself - your mind don’t runs you, you runs your mind - just stay to it. 3. You are not bad if you don’t obey your mind - here is the teaching from the god- your mind wants you to go on the path that it wants but if you tell your mind that No, Never I will do what I want and starts doing your thing then you are on the God’s path. ( do good for you and ultimately you are doing good for the universe). 4. 20 % - Stick to it no matter what. 5. Guys, OCD is obeying what mind says but the reality is this life can only be lived with the good thoughts which comes from within you so only go with that flow. Start it. Thanks

How can we cure this

Unfortunately, OCD can't be cured, but it can be confronted and overcomed, so it can stop bothering you and so you can get better. To overcome OCD, the most important thing is to ask the people around you for support and to see a specialist. A specialist can help you and guide you, showing you how to deal with these thoughts so they can stop bothering you. This way, you can get better! These thoughts are just false dangers that have no power over reality, and if you ignore these thoughts, they will start appearing less and less often! This is the way to beat OCD. @@gauravbhatia4714 OCD is not developed overnight due to some bad past trauma experience or we took some rituals from our family we had paid. Too much attention to that so how we cure ocd I told you 1. if you have thought OCD you got all type of. weird thought just not pay attention to them let them pass 2. The cycles o thoughts are in jet plane speed just not pay attention Just dwell it on past why it happened to me got the answer simply ignore the thought 3.remove all the emotions from thoughts 4. Believe in yourself no one knows you better than you what you going through 5. If you want something ask from God no one helps you except the god 6 you have to kindly seat and rewind the past where the thought is coming from you have to correct the past. 7. give your mind another thought which have some emotional values. 8. It takes time well but one day you thank yourself for not giving up you got all the answer. Hope it's helps have a bright future my friend your not alone 😊😉

What I meant, is that this condition, unfortunately, doesn't have a cure. But you can learn how to deal with it, confront it and ignore it, and this way, it will start going away to the point that it will stop bothering you. But the most important thing is to ask the people around for support and see a professional specialist! you can check out more stuff related to OCD at the video description, and you check for OCD resources at the international OCD foundation's website: iocdf.org Or at their instagram: @iocdf instagram.com/iocdf/?hl=en Take care!
