Promised myself to get up and run first day in the morning in the midst of going through a marriage crisis, no excuses. This is my 3rd run. Pray for me.

Hey brother hope you have been able to find something mental peace through running. It is an excellent way to alleviate stress! I’m getting back into it myself while going through career transition and it is helping me out day by day. God bless and wish you all the best.

Good man. I had a breakdown a few years ago, at the time i was big into running. I would run miles, then all of a sudden, i had a complete meltdown. I am doing a bit better now, but the thought of getting back into running(i would like to) scares me now, because i associate it with having a mental breakdown. Sounds mad i know

@@maxswanson7737 started running again, but got this foot pain thing under the ball of my foot by my big toe. Thing throbs and i cant put weight on it. Mentally im doing better. On a medication off the dr (mirtazapine) thats helped. I feel like im getting my old self back a little bit at a time. Emotionally i was switched off to any feeling that wasnt anxiety, but i just finished watching this show 1883 and ive been a blubbering wreck since lol. So somethings getting released/sorted i assume lol. How are you mate?
