Note: 1. If you stop your run to walk, that is more than okay. That is listening to your body. Walking gives your body the time to recoup before you start running again. Never judge a runner for walking. They know more about their body than you.
    2. There are run walk programs available. You do not have to start out running to be a runner.

I suffer mental health issues and ride my bike around 20km six days a week. Definitely feel so much better mentally when I do, plus I get exercise, sunshine and fresh air! Just start with a small distance, even 1km, and slowly build up.

I do believe this can help, ironically for me when I'm down my body doesn't wanna move. I do wish I had someone physically here with me to workout with. This is good content!

The best thing about this challenge is the reason, which is for mental health! 🥰

Perfect video for me personally recently got back into jogging again. I started a Strava challenge to run 200km for December this video just gave me even more reason not to stop! I thank you very much.

I am pretty much occupied with all the stuff I need to study as a pre-med, but running minimum 15 mins a day really helps a lot in my productivity and focus throughout the day. That's somehow very little but I started with 2 mins a day until I decided to gradually level up

anaerobic exercise like running actually raises cortisol. Walking is aerobic and won't spike cortisol and insulin

We got a husky 2.5 years ago, and that forced us into miles a day 🤣 Best thing we ever did though! I now get no less than 10 miles a day in! 🙌🏻 kiddos as well! It’s become our new routine everyday.
