Beside enjoying these videos, on an educational standpoint it's really nice to watch videos from Grenada as it's one of the islands in the caribean that i don't know the most of so is nice to get a vibe from this place, i already see it has similarities to Jamaica
The best thing about nutmeg is every piece of it is edible. The yellow part can be used to make jelly and jams, the mace and nutmeg seed can be used as spice 🇬🇩. I’m still waiting on the oildown video lol…but I will be patient until it drops 😂
I loved this episode as I have hiked in some of the areas you hiked plus Mama Cannes and Hope Village as Ras Ginga mentioned at the start. It is wonderful to be in the rain-forest, so tranquil apart from the sounds of the rivers, streams, waterfalls and the cracking of the bamboo. I can't wait to go back. Would love to meet up wid de Ras also.

It's called baliseday flower it trini as well.. believe it or not it's actually a flower that snakes like to hide in..😳 when I was small we always had to be careful when picking them from the tree...
mace used to be used as a pepper spray for protection... and it actually tastses amazing...and there is a tribe of people who use the wild nutmeg as an intoxicant by having it blown up the nose by a friend through a long tube - and the friend blows in the other end to shoot the ground nutmeg up the nostrils ....lol its a trip to see them do it...
