Not all my birthday reminders are appearing, why? 1. All setting confirmed correct 2. Birthdays are entered in the contact 3. How can I resolve? Thank you
Does Google Calendars have a feature that allows you to set travel time before appointment that adjusts based on location? My iPhone calendar has that feature, but I prefer Google Calendar for so many other reasons?
Hey Amy! Google Calendar doesn't have this as a feature by default. However, most people will simply set a notification before the event to tell them that they should be leaving. I agree that Apple's Calendar app does this so much better and hope Google can add this in!
Question.... How do I have a block of time show up like you... example: when you created the family reunion it was a block of red (5:34 point). When ever I create an appointment it's just one line and not a block. I would like to start blocking out my calendar but I cannot get it to look like a block of time. I am speaking on my desktop as well.
Hey there! Hmm, for it to show as a block, you might need to be in the Week view, where the times are visible on the left side. Google Calendar is usually on Month view by default, and that's where things show up as one lines instead of blocks. I hope this answers your question!
Hey Warren, I just checked for you, and while it's possible on desktop (through the Settings > uncheck Show weekends), this doesn't seem to be built into the native mobile apps just yet.
Yaaay! Thank you for letting me know, Juayla! Always happy to help, and feel free to let me know if you have any questions or other requests for future stuff. 🥰
