@@coachcraiguk You are more than welcome mate, the content and demonstrations are put together really good.My mistake is going to fast on the bag sometimes before perfecting something. The result isn't terrible, but watching makes me realise there is room for improvement and it's fun trying to get it down.
@MarleneWalker-su8ku I think everyone is guilty of that sometimes even myself , if I’m working something new I have a habit of going my normal pace and I can feel it’s wrong somewhere so I take a step back and run through it steady , as they say , perfect practice makes perfect my friend 👍🥊
Thanks for the technical content, coach! I do have a question, being that I am no longer a spring chicken, how would you recommend training for these defensive moves with a dodgy lower back? That has been the main concern while practising, and I tend to rely more on my legs, but it isn't a complete solution. Any advise would be appreciated.
Hey brother I have a similar problem , I have compressed discs at L1-2-3, a herniated disc at L5 and I have moderate to sever damage in my neck from C5 through C7, my advice would be to do the movement slowly in shadow boxing to find if you have any limitation , and just go steady , I feel your pain though , I know I’m 49 but in my head I’m still in my 20’s but occasionally my injuries , mostly from combat sports let me know just how old I actually am 👍🥊
