Y’all blew me out of the water. I got way less than you three. You are a knowledgeable, well traveled lot! Congratulations! ♥️ from Houston, Texas 🇺🇸🇬🇧
18:05 Mauna Kea Hawaii. Tallest mountain from the seafloor.
I like when u do the trivia stuff. Lol
Renminbi is the name of the currency of China while Yuan is the name of the primary unit of the renminbi
Yeah, think "Sterling" vs "Pound"
A+! I kept track. Good job.
My husband and I were playing this with y’all and I could not believe Gaynor didn’t get the Arch in St. Louis (😮), but then my husband reminded me that I only answered 3 other questions correctly while y’all and him answered almost all the others. Oh well, I felt smart for a few seconds anyway! 🤷♀️😂😂. Oh and don’t feel bad, Gaynor, about the Arch question. I should know it because I was born in St. Louis!!! 🤦♀️😂
😂
I'd never heard of a renminbi until a few months ago either. I had never even heard of the yuan until I saw it expressed related to stock trading. I think the NYSE labeled it the yuan, if I remember right, and I thought they misspelled yen lol
I managed 44/50 without the multiple choice and 47/50 with (I needed it for Amritsar, Potala Palace, and China's currency because I would have said Yuan). I had no clue on the Indonesian islands with or without the clue, guessed China for UNESCO Sites, and knew the sea between Italy and Croatia was either Adriatic or Aegean but I swear I'd still pick the wrong one every time if I had three guesses.
Absolutely impressive!!
The wife did say Sicily.
Amritsar is between Delhi and Kashmir - the religious home of Sikhs.
British should definitely remember Amritsar
Did you two meet the Rock and Jimmy?
One more thing, I’ll never play games like this again!! It’s a good thing we live way out in the country on 35 acres because if I was playing against y’all, y’all would know I live way out in the country on 35 acres!!😂. Y’all knew more about the US than I did!! How embarrassing! I must have really sucked in my geography classes. Lol!
I missed 4.
Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, and Arctic..
Wtf is the 5th ocean? When i was in school, we were taught that there were 4.
Southern
Aiden - you should learn how to pronounce ‘Qatar’ like Qataris do, instead of how Brits do.😂 Then you can correct this American’s pronunciation.😛 3:58
@@pacmanc8103 been to Qatar, lived in the ME, flew with QR went to school with Qataris and nobody pronounces it “cutter” only US news outlets and some others 😂
@ Same here, but I’m fluent in Arabic. I lived in Jeddah for 9 years teaching university and maintain an apartment there, where I spend winters. Been to Doha a number of times - the Gulf dialect (and Arabic generally) is rhotic, ie., they pronounce the ‘r’ sound in all positions. It is phonetically spelled Q-T-R (and similarly spelled Arabic writing), and there is no accent on the first or second syllable. Listen closely - he didn’t do that badly and you have a very British accent, neither of which is bad.😉 By the way, in my experience flight attendants on Qataria are very rare.
@@officeblokedaz Not to belabor the point of pronunciation, Aiden, listen to to how Turks (not foreigners) pronounce “Istanbul”. He’s damned close. Have a Happy Christmas!🎄
@ you too mate 👍🏻
How do these questions certify someone as a geography GENIUS? These are 5th or 6th grade geography questions.
i wanna see Americans take this test..... and fail. Good job
Edit: before I get cursed out, I’m an American
American here… only got 4 wrong 🤷♂️🍻
I missed 6 or 7.
@@Mike_For_Sure so am I
I'm American and got all but 3
yeah most of these were ridiculously easy.
